It is located in the center of Pigeon Forge right across from the Island. So, there are many places in walking distance from the inn. Staffs are nice and friendly and indoor swimming pool seems to be a great accommodation for many families.

My husband i stayed there a couple of weeks ago.. on the up side it was clean but i asked for king sized bed and got 2 queen instead.. which was a bummer called front desk what i was told ..the man who made reservation gave me a good deal on my room and she said ill call u right back no call back was made

Very nice rooms, updated, comfy beds. Love the hot tub!!! Excellent breakfast buffet, friendly staff. Did have an issue with the room door not unlocking but I brought it to maintenances attention and the problem was resolved immediately. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend

Rooms: 125- newly renovated, very clean, calm and great size. Bathroom was also very clean. We stayed for 2 nights and we have no complain at all.
Breakfast: Good continental breakfast included and very friendly and helpful staff.

I stayed a second time at Shular inn since I had such a good experience the first time. The second time was just as nice! This is definitely the hotel I will be staying at when I visit Pigeon Forge. Everyone was friendly, it was clean, another great breakfast! I had an issue with the toiled handle not flushing, they sent someone up quickly to take care of it. Really like this hotel a lot. Would recommend to others!

The first room had a broken A/C but they moved us with no issue. The rooms are clean, modern and quiet. Breakfast includes a few hot items, but no waffles.

Everything was great! Nice spacious clean rooms, comfortable beds ,great breakfast, friendly staff!! Would most definitely stay here again!!! Was a little skeptical about making reservations here because of some of the negative reviews but I am here to tell you it was definitely above and beyond what I expected!!! Not sure where these people stayed that wrote the negative reviews but it surely wasn't Shular Inn in Pigeon Forge TN. And yes I am a VERY clean and particular person.YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! THANK YOU SHULAR INN!!

The hotel rooms are modern in design and offer a spacious, comfortable room for a great price. The continental breakfast has a variety of hot foods available for you to choose from. Staff has all been very friendly. There was an issue with the air conditioning with our first room and staff was fast to respond and relocate us to a new room. Our hotel experience was great overall.

It was a great location, right across from the island in pigeon forge! Plenty of things to do! We loved their swimming pool and hot tub! Would definitely stay there again.

Not too bad, stayed in a room with two queen beds. Room was clean when we arrived. Nice indoor, outdoor pools and hot tubs. Parking is not so great came in late from Gatlinburg and had to park behind the building with outdoor pool and walk from there to the main building, so plan accordingly for that.
