Everything was absolutely beautiful! Friendly staff in lobby and 24 hr hour pool were great pluses! Only complaint was that there wasn't a lock on master bath double doors and there was no recliner for the husband. So convenient to everything in Pigeon Forge!

Exceptionally clean, well maintained grounds, beautiful high end finishes in the rooms. Rooms are very large and nicely decorated. In a word - luxurious. Very large indoor pool; 24 hour coffee service; what's not to like.

Our son made reservations for us to meet him at Riverstone for Christmas. I called 2 weeks ahead of time to see if my husband and I could arrive a day early. ( to see if there was any room available). The person on the phone named Whitney was very rude. Never told me if a room was available. Just kept saying " you have to get out by 11:00 am and your other room won't be ready till 4:00" I told her that was fine, we would just get a room somewhere else. She said "well, they will make you get out at 11:00 too!!!" We did arrive a day early but did not stay at Riverstone. We go a room elsewhere.
However , we did meet our son there the next day as planned. He had paid for our meals. The food was TERRIBLE. We could not eat it. The food was picked up at a local grocery store. Some of it was frozen and was to be cooked in a microwave. We were to check out on Tuesday at 11:00am. At 10:30 am. Our lunch arrived. 4 raw steaks. 4 unbaked potatoes. Frozen mac and cheese. No one told us where a grill was, if it was gas, if we needed charcoal etc.NO steak seasoning. Etc and we had to be out of the room in 30 minutes to check out. A total waste of money. POOR PLANNING ON RESORT's part.
We will probably never stay here again and I advise everyone. DO NOT order meals. It is a waste of money. You will get better food at TACO BELL. ( how can you cook and eat a meal and clean up and be out of a room in 30 minutes)
Whitney was so rude to me on the phone. She hung up on me. We should have cancelled our reservations right then. I called back next day to talk to Emily ( manager) was put on hold for so long I finally hung up. If Emily is like Whitney. Wouldn't have done any good to report a complaint.response / report this review -

Spacious, clean, well kept. Beautiful fireplace, beautiful scenery
Highly recommended. Local shopping Tanger Outlet for all you shoppers 😉 lots to do with your family on the main strip. Also, the facility has a lazy river, indoor pool and fitness area.response / report this review -

Our room was beautiful, spacious and well-furnished. Be warned though that there is no housekeeping service. We stayed here for 5 days. We were out during the day everyday to explore the city/mountains. Would have been nice if they did some tidying up while we were gone and come home to a clean room. We also had to take out our own trash. Had to call desk every time to get new towels and replenish toiletries. I like to relax, unwind and have fun while on vacation, not do any chores! For this reason, probably won't stay here again. I expected hotel-type service with daily housekeeping at least (for the price we paid). At check in, they didn’t really explain much or tell us a little bit about the property and the way they do things, it was all sign here, initial there and here are your keys. So by the 3rd day, we were confused as to why no cleaning has been done. Partly my fault I guess for not asking when I booked. Bed could improve. Location was excellent, close to everything.

The rooms were nice but service is not great. They do not clean the room everyday like most hotels do. We stayed there 3 nights and had our key cards reactivated 5 times. We were told it was because we kept it with phone and credit card the first time so we kept it separately on us and it still deactivated every time we tried getting in the room. We travel alot and this was the first time we had this problem. It was also hard to reach their spa as they do not pick up the phone. They would not give new towels or other basic hotel supplies after the initial check in. Basically for the price you pay, you do not get the services like most basic hotels and this was suppose to be a luxury hotel.I would not go back here.

Awesome staff! .. I'd definitely return. I lost my wedding band at the lazy river yesterday. I left it on the table closest to the gate. It's an $8 tungsten ring that has a great deal of sentimental value to me. If the individual that found it can return it, I will reward them.

Very well kept. Extremely comfortable. We had 3 bedroom suite. Plenty of space for my family of 3 children. Lazy river and pool were wonderful. The arcade is small and a couple of games took our money but front desk immediately refunded. Very close to main Pigeon Forge area but far removed enough to be relaxing and quiet.

The rooms are very clean and had plenty of room for everyone in our group. The view over the river is peaceful and much better than the middle of a town. The indoor pool is large but shallow. There is also an amazing outdoor lazy river that is small but perfect for a relaxing ride. The hotel is placed very close to Dollywood and the Dixy Stampede which are both a must do if you are in Pigeon Falls.

Great rooms on the top floor - had a good experience renting from a private owner. Rooms are very clean, amenities are nice. There is a lazy river, workout room, and game room. Overall a really good experience with only very minor negatives (not even worth mentioning). Located very close to Splash Mountain and the Dixie Stampede!

The rooms were fantastic. Would definitely return. The only thing we noticed was that there was no salt and pepper or coffee filters. But not a big deal. The front desk provided sone. The rooms were very clean and the beds extremely comfortable.

So beautiful.. Will be back so classy and amazing I would never want to leave it. Plus indoor pool and jacuzzi open 24 hours there is a game room open 24 hours and the fitness gym open 24 hours as well I cannot wait to go back

I'm very picky when it comes to hotels. This hotel met all my standards and then some. For a family of five this resort is perfect. We had three bedrooms plus a main living area with a very spacious kitchen. Very clean and I loved having a washer and dryer in our room. You are responsible for washing your own towels each but they do provide laundry soap if you need it. The one and only negative would be to have a recycling container. If you decide to go to the spa I highly recommend Haley. I had their signature facial and it was the best facial I have ever had and I've had many facials before. I wish this resort had other locations in United States because I wouldn't hesitate for a second to stay at one of them
