The hotel is always clean. The indoor pool is great and clean. Staff very well mannered. We will differently stay here every time we go to pigeon forge.
Free breakfast is pretty good. Rooms are on the small size. Free WiFi is pretty good too. Good location, overall a good value.
I'm genuinely impressed with this property. Yes, it's just a Ramada, but the rooms are a nice size. Internet speeds are very good. Shower pressure is good. Breakfast is pedestrian, but includes good choices. Staff has been friendly. Indoor pool. Nice workout room.
Awesome Front Desk agents, George, Linda and Brad were all top notch in customer service. The beds are Wyndham beds so they are extra extra firm. The hotel was very clean and in a pretty good location. Thanks for the stay!
Was comfy and cozy. Staff was very respectful and friendly and rooms were clean and well made. Breakfast was delicious and abundant to select from. I would recommend this place.
Rooms were clean and well stocked. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Mattresses and box springs recently replaced. Continental breakfast was great! Waffle makers, sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, and an assortment of breads and cereals. Only complaint is that we requested a handicap accessible room and what we got had very low toilets. Seemed to just be a mix up, but it makes things more difficult for some guests. Great place otherwise.
Nice big clean rooms , clean indoor pool, quiet and easy to get some rest, comfortable mattresses
No complaints other than price but they are just keeping up with everyone else in the area.
Its a little too far north if you are staying for rod run, all the action starts about a half mile south of here.
I truly enjoyed my stay at the Ramada Pigeon Forge North. The front desk receptionist was friendly and professional. The lobby was nice decorated, clean, and well lit. The hotel room was more of the same. Very clean, tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very popular among everyone. I would stay there again, and recommend it to others.
The location is great, breakfast is good, the rooms are OK, nothing too fancy. The beds are a bit uncomfortable and our ac had a little mold on it. There were spider webs with dead bugs in it on the window, but not really a huge problem. I'd probably not stay here again, but it's been ok for what we paid.
Great place to stay, the bed was insanely comfortable and breakfast was wonderful. There were plenty of options at breakfast and the staff kept Everything clean and well stocked. The staff was very nice. We also loved the rocking chairs outside.
Do not book for July 4th holiday or close to July 4th. Reserved family room and was quoted one price. When I got to the hotel they told me I booked a traditional room, which was not true, and the price they charged was much more than what was quoted for a family room on the same days, even with a AAA discount. We've used this Ramada Inn many times over the years and most of the time have gotten a great rate, or at least what was quoted over the phone matched what was actually charged. They pulled a bait and switch on me and are claiming the person who reserved the room quoted the price that was charged. Completely untrue. The hotel experience during this time of year was that of overcrowding and feeling cramped. There was a lot of noise on the floor day and night. One, I'll never book for any time close to July 4, and two, I will never use this hotel again and will warn all my friends and family to avoid it.
We enjoyed our stay at Ramada North. The room was large, quiet and nicely furnished. The price for the room was also very affordable. The staff was warm and friendly. Breakfast was hot and and filling. Our children loved the pool. We will be back!
The rooms seem to have good upkeep. The staff here is friendly and helpful. The pool area is in good condition (and indoors). The one complaint I have is, the main light switch also controls all the plugs in the room. So to charge a cellphone or watch the TV, you must go keep the main switch on. If you want the lights off you have to go around to each light and turn it off. Not a problem, unless you don't realize it and your cellphone doesn't charge at night or all of the food you put in the mini fridge goes bad because you turned off the lights.
