It was alright. Some nights where it was noisy all around us. The hotel is pet friendly. But heard a dog barking in the middle of the night during one night of our stay

This place is great, we have been going for 4 years now in December to see shows. Clean rooms, great breakfast and very pleasant staff.

Rooms are well appointed and beds are comfortable. Clean rooms and the rest of the hotel is well maintained. Their full breakfasts are delicious and plentiful. Many nice amenities, just perfect that they are pet friendly. Staff is super helpful and friendly

When in Pigeon Forge and needing a hotel, this is our favorite location. The staff is always so accommodating and friendly. It has a good location being just being off the parkway near the Apple Barn. The facilities are always well maintained. The cookies in the evening and the breakfast in the morning are nice amenities. We will gladly stay here again.

Location is great to all things to do in Pigeon Forge. Staff is great. Can hear a good bit through the walls if neighbors elevate their voices past normal. Would stay again

This place is nice and the decorations are good. It almost has a cabin feel even though it's a hotel room. There is plenty of space. There are different room options some with kitchens some with out very nice.

Excellent customer service. 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Beautiful king suite with full kitchen minus oven and a amazing whirlpool Jacuzzi. I would recommend anytime. We will be staying there again. Also, pet friendly.

Great location and accomadations. Always stay here when in town on business. Recommend location to anyone wanting a great location and great service. Also one of few pet friendly places in area i would use.

Great clean rooms, amazing resting room in lobby. The only think they forgot in bathroom is "brush" and air filter! In general everything was great!

Loved everything about this hotel, except that there were no rooms that had a view of the mountains. George at the front desk is very friendly and helpful, room was clean and well equipped, and pool was very nice. Nice hot breakfast in the morning as well.
