Nice, but air is not working. Hallways are set to 72 but are 80, room is set to 68 but is 76. Refrigerator barely keeping anything cold and freezer does not work. Indoor pool area is nice. Room nicer than expected, but spend the extra and stay next door at the wyndham resort.

Spent a long weekend in Pigeon Gorge with my three grandkids and family. The Resort at Governor's Crossing is in a good location to all of the activities in the area and to Smokey Mountain NP.
We had two rooms which are spacious, well laid out and easily accommodates two families. A kitchen, dining area and living room are spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent. The pool/water park area is a delight with movies shown each evening.
There are no Restaurants on premise but there are many within walking or driving distance.

I suggest that you stay here if you want a great place to stay. It was very affordable and spacious. They have inside and outside pools and hot tubs. Give them try. I also enjoyed the view we had. It's in a great area.

Definitely will be back. Our family loves The Resort kids like it because of the water park, and we like it because it's quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. Could use some updates that's the only reason I put a 4. I would also like to say this place lack housekeeping, but our family didn't mind we actually enjoyed it. If you like your room cleaned everyday this place is not for you.

The property has good curb appeal. It is very convenient to shopping and places to eat. The rooms are very nice and clean. There is no complementary breakfast, so bring your own or be prepared to go out. There is a coffee pot, but 1 single serve for 6 people wasn't enough. They have a very nice kitchen, so cooking your own meals is always an option and don t forget to bring your own coffee. The views of the mountain is very good, however my room on one side is facing the land field. I would recommend this place to others.

My kids had a great experience and enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools!
I would have given a 5 star review except for when we arrived the pop machine took 3 dollars from me, we then went to the pool and our key card would not allow us to re enter. So 2 trips back to front desk from the fifth floor this was resolved.

Also, the worst part my wife signed up for a rewards card with them and as we check out to leave back to Ohio they give us a welcome bag and a card saying we can save money at local restaurants and businesses. Well that would have been nice when we got there, as we visited over half of the businesses that give a discount!

My family spent the weekend at The Resort at Governors Crossing. It's not everyday that you get AMAZING customer service from the ENTIRE staff. Ashley made my reservations a month in advance and greeted my family when we arrived. Greg, Kim and Daniel were so professional and kind. This staff should be cloned!!!!! The rooms were very clean and comfy. We will definitely be going back!!! Family Friendly!! Great Location.

This place is Awesome. Took my wife and grandson for the weekend. The indoor and outdoor pools are great. First day there it started to rain so we simply went to the indoor pool area. My grandson didn't miss a beat. The Resort is located near tons of attractions and restraunts. The staff were all very nice and the rooms are big, clean and not out dated. Will be staying here again soon. Very kid friendly.

Beautiful place to stay. One of the Guest Services clerk, Greg, was outstanding. He went above and beyond to assist my two daughters (ages 10 & 12) with out stay at the resort.

Nick, pool attendant was fantastic. I saw him jump into the pool to save a 4 or 5 year old girl from drowning. He was very sweet to her afterwards.

Travis, pool attendant, was a very friendly young man with a great deal of patient for the people in the pool area.

The staff at The Resort At Governor's Crossing were fun, friendly and fantastic!

I have loved our stay at the Resort. It is incredibly family friendly. the pools are great and it was nice that everything was close enough and small enough that our older son could do his own thing while we were with our little one. the room was perfect for our family of four. it has a kitchenette and dishwasher and small washer and dryer. We will definitely be back.

Very family friendly! My kids loved the pools and movie night at the pool! Only reason not 5 stars is because game room games should be fixed or updated. Things wrong in my room were promptly fixed! Very clean rooms. Jacuzzi tub very nice at end of day. I would definitely return in the future! Staff very friendly and accomodating!

This is a great place to stay. Condo very nice and clean. The water parks inside and out was great. When it rained and when we got too much sun the indoor water park was perfect. Would defiantly recommend Governors crossing to everyone.Greg at the desk was very helpful and polite. Thanks Greg!

This is a family resort. Wonderful place to bring kids. Outdoor water areas are great fun for families, plenty of towels provided at the pool area. Jacuzzi is really nice. Rooms are large and clean. Kitchen is well equipped, and great way to save some money on meals. Cleaning employees were so nice, and Jordan at the front desk was very nice and helpful. For the price this was a very good deal. They have a rewards program also. You will not see alot of drinking adults here sitting by the pool. This is a safe place for families to vacation. I would definitely stay here again.
