The hotel staff were very courteous and friendly. A short time after arriving in my room I received a text message asking me if everything was top my satisfaction. We could not be happier.
Very dirty and the reception smelled like trash or something rotten and bed bugs in the room. Staff was also very rude and parking is 20$ and no breakfast
We had the best experience with the hotel staff, valet and bell services. Everyone was very helpful and it felt like they were really taking their time to care for us. The hotel was clean and very comfortable!
Solid Hilton with great staff. Convenient downtown location. Easy to get to right off I-40. Starbucks in the lobby. The hotel is older but updated. Only downsides: the bathrooms are small and the in room HVAC units are a little noisy.
Great hotel walking distance to the market. Rooms were nice and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Only complaint I had was the $14 parking fee.
Great location to be able to walk to many popular places around downtown Knoxville. Very convenient! Staff were very accommodating to our early check in and answered all our questions. Rooms were nice and clean.
My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. First time in Knoxville, and we loved every minute of it! Very friendly and accommodating staff! The bartender, Jarred, was excellent and made us feel like we were the only 2 guests at the bar. It's employees like Jarred that keep us coming back to Hilton Hotels and pay a little extra for great service!! We will definitely be coming back.
Great location 5 minutes to market square which had lots of restaurants, shops, bars and entertainment. The staff is amazing, had an issue they took care of it quickly and made sure we had everything we needed by messaging us every morning of our stay. Did valet it was only $20 but worth it as we didn't need our car most of the time and they were very careful with it. The football stadium and sunsphere are also in walking distance.
Great old hotel, reminds me of the DoubleTree in Tallahassee. A Hilton that still has an executive suite for diamond members. Nice college town digs. The bar and restaurant here are great. Craft beer selection is solid. Great take on southern food, there is also a full service Starbucks.
Nice hotel, great location, although parking can be tricky. Staff is helpful and courteous. Rooms offer terrific views of downtown Knoxville, and hotel has easy access to public transit, market square, and the business/government district, as well as convention center and UTK campus.
Great location to many near by parks, shops, and activities. The outdoor patio bar was a great way to cap the evening! The room was clean and when we asked for towels they were there in just a few minutes!
Hotel and location are great. Walking distance to nice restaurants and market square. The hotel also has a nice outdoor pool. The fitness center has free weights and all the equipment that you would need. The restaurants stays open late which is a nice perk. The only down side is that there is no continental breakfast.
Every aspect of my stay here greatly impressed me. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the town; it is very close to Market Square and other hotspots. The room I stayed in was incredibly well taken care of and had a great feel. The design of the room was very comfortable and home-like. All of the staff were cordial and willing to help with anything I needed. Overall, a great place to stay!
Comparable to an Embassy Suites without the happy hour coupons, to my knowledge. It's a nice hotel with a quick 5 minute walk to Market Square. You even get to check out the little park on the way. The bathrooms hold Peter Thomas Roth essentials so you should go ahead and take those. Mom says they're top notch products. If you get a high enough floor, the view is pretty nice. There is a Starbucks in the lobby if overpaying for burnt coffee is your cup of tea or coffee for that matter.
