  Customer Service was awesome! You can also buy Detroit made eats and treats. Didn't get a chance to grab a cup a coffee but plenty of customers walked the store with coffee in tow. Can't wait to go back.

  Purchased a set of leather deer skin lined gloves for my significant other, and I'm honestly jealous! When I tried the gloves on myself I thought, "WOW this is truly something of perfection". Who would've thought a simple pair of gloves would be worth Every penny of $200. They'll last a lifetime, feel great, don't keep the hands too hot, can be mashed into a pocket, stretch like elastic if I need to make a fist or something, heck the only thing that would make then from the future is if you could text with them! Definitely planning to go back and purchase a Shinola wallet soon.

  I always receive top notch service when visiting Shinola. The staff is every attentive and knowledgeable. I love that they treat you like you're the most important customer in the store. I highly recommend this store and its beautiful products.

  Staff went above and beyond to get me the exact watch I was looking for. When I'd called in the morning about the Petoskey stone watch I got a lot of very detailed information I was looking for. Late that day when I went into the store, I got a lot of help picking out a watch, matching bands, etc. Until they finally tracked down a Petoskey stone watch! I was blown away and so grateful for the staffs help to make that happen! Thank you!

  My boyfriend offered to buy me a watch at this location which is honestly a dream of mine to own one and own one from the original store. I found the face I wanted (black and gold with moon phases) but wanted a wrap around band in black.. they were out. I requested just to remove the band from a watch on the stand and replace it with something else while they ordered their replacement.. I was told no and that I could order my own. We were only in Detroit a few days so I wasn’t going to be able to get it at the store which is what I wanted. This store lost a $700 sale on the watch and two bands because they wouldn’t take it off another watch. It was ridiculous and completely ruined my love and desire for owning a shinola.

  Very nice, well made watches. I own two of them. But they are a bit overpriced for what you actually get. The issue I have is the staff really doesn't know much about watches except for Shinola and I think they truly believe that they are high end watches. They are not. They are nice, well made quartz movement watches but not one is worth close to $1,000.

  Noe Angelito at this store provides a great customer experience. He was an exceptional dude and was knowledgeable about the products the store offered.
  
  The store itself was beautifully stocked and arranged and offered a wide variety of goods. Great place to spend time.

  Great buying experience! Staff was extremely helpful and informative. Not your typical sales people. The store is beautiful. The watches are incredible. Everything else is gravy. Another reason to be proud of Detroit and the resurgent efforts.

  The lux brand's flagship store. If you're going to buy Shinola you should do it here! The staff is great and there's no need to feel bad sightseeing or window-shopping here.

  I love this store and have brought many friends here already. The prices are high, but if you don't plan to buy anything you can just walk around, enjoy the designs and see how things are made. They have chairs and serve very good coffee so if you like to sit there and sketch or write, you would feel comfortable in this place.

  Everyone was extremely pleasant. I had a wonderful chat with a young women who worked there while waiting for my coffee. The barista informed me that they were out of Chai (to his surprise) and apologized. He made me a different drink instead and refunded my entire purchase! I was so shocked. He was awesome. My replacement drink was amazing. I had to leave him a tip.

  Amazing store, staff is beyond helpful and very attentive. Brought my watch for a minor repair and they made it for free.
  Watches are incredible and leather goods beautiful, the store itself its amazing.
  Spend some time today at the cafe and the hot chocolate is amazing. Making Detroit great again one step at a time. Keep up the good work
