First time going there today. Clean place , friendly staff. The only con is I think $18 for an eyebrow wax is too high cost. The going rate is $10-15 . To me it leaves little room to give a good tip or a tip at all . The lady Wendy that did my arch was very nice and did a good job on my brows.

I had a great experience with this facility. I would recommended this massage place to anyone. I booked a massage for myself and my mother who has never experienced a professional massage. To make my mother feel at ease they allowed us to be in the same room. Both massage therapists were polite nice courteous and professional. From start to finish they were exceptional in customer service and with keeping us on time with our appointment.

Don't get your eyebrows waxed here! It's a rip off. For 25$ I was expecting a professional job. I had been growing my eyebrows in for awhile so I could have a more natural & fuller look. Before I could even say anything, she started right down the middle. Took everything I was trying so hard to grow in & then some. I wish she would have asked me if I wanted to look like I was still living in the 90s.

Best spa ever !! Only place I will go.. staff is so sweet Any time I call for an appointment always Willing to try and accommodate me on last minute request that I have! So awesome to go to a place with your better half and get a couples massage best thing ever ! Love all the services belle Sante offer eye brows I won't go anywhere else also they do great facials!!

I scheduled an appointment 2 hours prior to the actual appointment and was asked for my gift card number to check the validity of the card. I was never informed of a cancellation policy, nor was I contacted numerous times as stated by the "manager - Tiffany." Come to find out when re-gifting to a family member, my card was charged $85 for a massage that I never even received. Upon calling and questioning the charge, Tiffany, rude as ever, refused to give me the owners name and stated that she knows what she said and that there was nothing she could do. So, they basically stole my gift card funds that was given to me as a gift.
