Can't believe it. I worked for this company for 16 years so I have a pretty good idea what prices are. The clown quoted me
$500 for exaust system that parts price out at less than.,$100. What a rip. Went down the street and was quoted $,85, Wow what a mark upl

They have been very nice to me when car has been serviced. Recently my engine blew and offered to fix it for a reasonable rate. I will get my oil changes there ! Very courteous

Took my 2006 Ford Explorer to Consumers Car Care for brake noise, and as usual when I go there, they ALWAYS are VERY NICE and VERY PROFESSIONAL.The price can not be beat, and the service is AWESOME. If you love and care about your car, then Consumers Car Care is the BEST. I've been there several times and will take both my cars there at first thought. Chris is the MAN.

Aside from offering well done repairs at more than fair prices it's the people here that make the difference. Honesty is the hardest thing most people try to obtain when looking for a repair shop, and they are as honest as they come.
I've taken my vehicles to them many times and if something doesn't need to be done they will tell me. They will also offer a budget minded time table for repairs. In other words what can I get away with doing eventually and what needs to be done immediately. They are a family run business and that helps them understand the needs that families face when getting auto repairs done.
They've been keeping my family's cars on the road for several years now. If you're looking for a shop that you can trust then make sure you take your vehicles to them.

I have been taking my vehicle to Consumer Car Care for the past year, since my extended warranty expired. Repairs are less expensive than at the dealership. Staff is friendly and thoroughly explains services. I do not feel talked down to. Appointments are not necessary. Repairs can usually be completed in one day. If problems recur, they strive to resolve them to my satisfaction. Free rides were provided when I dropped off my vehicle and free towing when my battery would not start. My employer has now started taking the company cars here.
