Had my tires rotated about two weeks ago and I told the tech that my drivers side front tire was low and could he check it because I just brought these tires. Well two weeks later here I am back at discount tire and not only is my right side tire now low, but my low tire indicator is saying that it's my left side that is low. Not only didn't the tech check to see why my tires was low on my first visit he didn't even switch the sensors to indicate right from left. Thanks discount tire of Clinton township.
P.S 5hrs later and I'm still here. Very dissatisfied.

They suggest a appointment but it does not mean anything. You still spend one hr plus before they get to your vehicle. Other than that I guess it's OK

Great service, super friendly staff. I felt like they were actually trying to help and not just take my money. I will definitely continue to use them in the future!

My car had been vandalized and both driver's side tires had been deflated. So I put in Fix a Flat in the tires and was able to drive it to the Gratiot Ave. store in Clinton Twp, Michigan? I checked in and they said they would take care of it. I was prepared for a long wait, since it was very busy, being a Friday afternoon. It took about 30 minutes for my car to go in the stall and another 30 minutes for them to check it out and fix it.

Then I was greeted by the repair technician and led out to my car to look at it and he said it's all done. I said great and asked where do I pay? And he said there was no charge, since it was an inspection, even though they removed and installed both tires as part of the inspection process. I was floored and said Wow, what a blessing!

I had heard Discount tire was awesome from a few friends of mine, but never expected this. So my visit can be summed up as "vastly exceeding my expectations!".

I needed a tire they didn't have in stock. They ordered it from another store and made an appointment for me the next morning. They picked up the new tire and had it ready. I was in and out of the store in short order, safely driving the highways and byways once again!

I bought new wheels and tires for my Subaru Outback, I used stock wheels for winter tires. I purchased TPMS sensors online and Discount tire installed these for free, they also bought my stock tires which had 700 miles on them, for a good price. Salsperson Craig was very helpful in selecting the right wheels and tires, the tire tech was very knowledgable and friendly. I was very satisfied.

Initially went in to get a set of tires for winter, summer, and a spare set of wheels for the summer tires. Greg got me a good price and the initial work was done quickly. A week later, front passenger side tire is down 10lbs and the sensor trips. I take it back. Wheel corrosion. Fixed and back on the road in a day. Next day? Service TPMS comes on and stays on. Should be a simple fix, right? Nope. I was told to "take it to the dealer" Huh? Sure, there could be something wrong with the truck or both key fobs. However, aren't you guys supposed to reprogram each wheel to begin with (like you have to with ALL GM vehicles since the sensors are position sensitive)? If that was done it would've shown the problem right away. My suspicion is since the original wheels went back on, they slapped them on without a reprogram and hoped for the best. If all you did was tires, you should be great at it. This was not my impression. Oh well. I was planning on taking it to my local dealer for another issue. Looks like they'll get my money when I swap my tires each season because I'm not taking it to Discount Tire and wasting my time.
4/10/17 update: Went to the local Chevy dealer to put my all season/new wheels on. Wrong hub rings and TPM sensors were installed in the new wheels from day one. Discount Tire even admitted it. Discount Tire refunded me the money (eventually) that I had spent at the dealer but it's yet another example of their poor workmanship. I'm done giving them my money. I'd rather go to the dealer and have it done right the first time around instead of going to discount FOUR TIMES since dropping over $2,500 there. IMHO, take your money somewhere else.

Walked in frustrated. Had a simple fix, nail in tire. Walked in with my painter uniform and was treated with great customer support. Offered a bottle of water. Julius (sorry Not sure if spelled right) kept the lobby clean as possible and was very kind to everyone! Also no charge at all for a simple tire repair. Made my night. Will come back to this location because of Julius.

    Thanks
    Marvin
