First off, I had thee worst experience ever, especially because it's Sheraton. The house keepers made my beds in the room up with out changing the sheets, my son had spilled some of his chips in bed the night before, when we arrived back and pulled the sheets back that same stain was still on the sheets, , how disappointing. Next the room has a fridge to store food but have nowhere in the building to warm up your food, asked the front desk if a microwave was available they said no but ask the staff in the kitchen. They turned us, My two young boys and I, turned us down and said Flat out NO, we had to ride down the street to the gas station and the staff in the gas station was so nice and understanding, and they even asked what was the name of the hotel that has poor customer service. That was so embarrassing for me and my family, felt like we were homeless but supposed in to be staying at a so called high end hotel. ((NOT)). I received a email on Sunday after checking out, to take a survey on my stay. That Monday I received a email from the front desk Manager Ly.T stating he was sorry about my experience while staying and for any inconvenience, then he stating at this time they will be offering me a refund for my stay, it's been a week, where is the refund? I didn't receive it, he just lied to make the hotel look good. Not Good Customer Service at ALL.

We only stayed one night as my fiance was in town for a job interview. The room they gave us was big and beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable. However, there was a lot of construction going on in the hallway. It seemed like we were coming in to a half finished building.

I went there for Fur Squared (a furry convention). The staff was SO friendly and helpful, and were super professional, even with the chaos that comes with furry conventions.

They were also very accommodating and courteous.

I want to also comment on the fact that they were in the middle of renovations while the con was there, and the hotel went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right for us, even going so far as to haul furniture back into rooms that were in the middle of being remodeled just so they made sure we all had enough rooms.

I was SO impressed by everyone who works for The Sheraton, and definitely will be sending my thanks and appreciation to them personally.

TL;DR: The Sheraton and it's staff is super amazing and awesome and you should definitely go there.

Great hotel, plenty of parking (very important to me). Staff was friendly and helpful. It's a quaint hotel with a modern design. We stayed here for an event downtown Milwaukee. It is about a 20-minute drive to downtown, making it very accessible.

The hotel is a little outdated and in need of an upgrade. However, what it lacked in aesthetics was exceeded by the accommodating staff and great customer service. I appreciate how pet friendly the brand is, which is why I chose to stay here, and why I would likely stay again. I did try room service for dinner, and breakfast. It wasn't as upscale as comparable hotels, nothing outstanding, but, again the friendliness of staff made up for this. This is no five star hotel, but, if you are looking for comfort, the best shopping and restaurants within close proximity, and a professional staff, this hotel fits the bill.

I attended the Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel as a convention attendee. This is a three day convention. As I had a sprained ankle, I am attending the convention on crutches. Now, the hotel has us in the "basement" of the hotel, with no public elevator to those conference rooms. Getting to the event, or stepping outside, meant a flight of stairs- not the easiest thing in the world to navigate. During a break, I went to the hotel's restaurant and ordered an $11 hamburger (really? Fuddruckers, two blocks away, is cheaper)- and was told that unless I waited for it, they would normally charge a "room delivery fee", a $3 surcharge with a 20% gratuity. Again, I'm on crutches as I am making this request. The server waived this added expense (imagine navigating stairs without an ankle, on crutches, and holding a take-out box if you will) I did not attend day 2 of the convention, as four stairway trips the previous day was too much for me. I wish that, should hotel staff see someone with difficulties, they would inquire if they could make the visit/stay easier.

I stay at this hotel for work, The Concierge Lounge has served meatballs now three days out of 5. If you try to call room service you go to voicemail repeatedly in over an hour. They did update the Concierge Lounge but the service is no better at this hotel. If you need a place to stay it will do if you got it for a good price otherwise find a better Hotel.

Went for the bridal expo. It was very clean and well kept. The show had a nice flow to it. The hotel used every available space for vendors so it was possible to chat or move on as you wanted. It was crowded at the beginning but if you could brave the first crowd there were equally if not better vendors further back that you Could get to.

It's adequate and accessible to Milwaukee if you have vehicle. The building is out of date and it seems like they are renovating always without significant improvement. A simple request to housekeeping brought 3 items we did not need. Very good buffet breakfast available for extra charge. If you need an overnight this is fine but if you are visiting Milwaukee for games or festivals there are much better options downtown. If you are a runner much better to stay downtown near shoreline trails.

Attended a vendor fair event at the Sheraton. I've attended several such events in the past, and they are always smoothly hosted. Parking is a little tough but not awful. The rooms are large, if a tad unassuming. Food catering is consistently decent quality and staff is polite. Can't comment on the prices but it's a nice place to attend a corporate event.

Decent hotel but it's a little dated. Room was nice, nice pools (indoor & outdoor). Better than average fitness center, nice staff.

Nice place, I would probably call it a 3 star rather than 3.5. Good internet, really comfy beds and blankets. Nice staff. Was disappointed there was no complimentary coffee.

Elegant, plenty of parking, even with the Interstate being worked on it was veryb easy to locate. Rooms are larger than most hotels of similar prices, extremely clean inside and outside of building. Beds were brand-new, new carpet, TV, bathroom are all 4stars!

Location was nice, right off of the highway and next to Brookfield Mall. Rooms were nice and clean. The bathroom was small though, which was a downfall. The pool was a small but the temperature was nice and warm, I don't like cold pools. There was no hot tub but it was ok because the pool was nice and warm. I had my 11 month baby with me so it was perfect that the pool temperature was nice and warm.
