Amenities and service were great. Loved the pool and hot tub. Room needed a little up keep ie floor boards coming apart, bathroom counter needed a little repair. But not too bad.

We always stay at LQ wherever we go, but this was our worst experience anywhere. I recommend staying away until some changes are made. Beds were hard, wallpaper falling off every wall in our room, very disrespectful front desk manager, pool is small.

I visited the hotel for a wedding shower in their conference room, so it was a short lived experience. However, the furniture and decor was updated and comfortable. The room was clean and easily fit the group of us (approximately 30 people). I did not see any of the rooms, however I have a good first impression and would consider a stay here if I needed it. It's a great location and right off of the expressway, so travel to a nearby city would be quick!

The facility looked nice from the photos. We needed a room with a King bed and a pull out sofa. The sofa had not been moved in some time, as there was dust and old bits of food under the edges. There was spills on the wall and near the counter in the bathroom that looked like coffee. The desk lamp was sticky. I usually enjoy LA Quinta, won't go back to that one.

Ok, very nice facilities. Comfortable, clean, and friendly staff. Very helpful desk help. The only thing that could be better is the breakfast. It's basic, waffles, cereal, toast, and bagels. Good coffee. I would recommend this facility. Nice area of town.

Nice location near the conveniences of New Berlin yet feels secluded and private. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice continental breakfast with waffles. Well landscaped and large manicured lawns. Pet friendly is a definite plus.

Update: We've have stayed here 3 more times. Rooms were nicely clean, bed quite comfortable. My husband with back trouble commented that the king bed was good on his back. Staff was excellent; courteous, efficient. Breakfast was fine, though cheapest plastic utensils couldn't be found. May have to start bringing my own.

Been in for one day of a seven-day stay. First room was disgusting and seemed to not be cleaned for weeks before we came in. Hotel moved us without question to another room that was cleaner but not by much. Still have a week to go We will see how things continue.

It's a good hotel. Room was big and clean, nothing super special but what really stood out was the staff. They've been awesome and incredibly friendly and helpful the whole time I've been here.
