Love the beams throughout the building. The A frame is really cool. Easter brunch was amaze. The spa was a bit on the unclean side with towels all around and understand vacuumed floors. With a regular cleaning crew this shouldn't happen but could be due to the holiday. Otherwise the spa services were great.

Went for spring break and truly enjoyed. There were tons of activities for kids, we had a nice room, and the front desk and activities staff was awesome. The complimentary valet is a Godsend! Only tried out the Waterfront restaurant and wasnt very pleased. The wait to be seated was long and the wait for food was longer. Overall, loved it and will be back.

Lovely place to go to for a quick getaway by yourself or with family. Multiple spa options available. Indoor and outdoor swimming. Outdoor activities are seasonal of course but they looked like they would have been fun. We swam in the indoor pool which was perfect. There is an arcade inside and a theater room. During our stay in early spring the ice rink had just closed but there were campfire s'mores making still available. We rented boardgames from the game room that you can keep for the day and trade it back in for something else later. This was a great option to have especially with the kiddos. Every restaurant and bar we tried was fantastic. Great food and excellent service. Hotel staff consistently walking around being welcoming and helpful. Almost no matter where you are you will be meet with beautiful views. Would definitely go back in the future.

Issue with toilets at the Abbey Resort. First room the toilet did not work. We were moved to an upgraded room with an amazing harbor view. Unfortunately, toilet issue in the upgraded room as well. Coworker experienced same issue during their stay at the Abbey. Overall, nice resort. However, I'd highly suggest that you address your toilet issues Abbey Resort. Thanks!

This was a very needed short vacation.

The staff at the Abby has been very friendly and gone above and beyond to help, when needed.
Our server Jaymie, in the restaurant "240 west" was very sweet and extremely accommodating. I have food allergies and Jaymie made sure I was taken care off.

The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. There is a beautiful Court yard in the center of the hotel.access from our room's back door.
Many activities for all.

I would definitely stay here again!

I liked the resort, overall. The rooms, building, and grounds were all well-kept. The indoor pool was nice, if on the smaller side. It's a great place to relax and explore the Geneva area.

We frequent this location for 240 West which is located inside the resort. Can be somewhat difficult to locate but highly recommend the prime rib buffet on Saturday nights. The food is phenomenal, staff is very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is parking which can be very difficult on a Saturday night. Valet parking is offered at the door, but it shouldn't be quite so difficult to park my own vehicle.

The Abbey Resort is really nice. I really like how it has an old-time feel, yet everything is modernized. The landscaping is wonderful and there are beautiful views near the lake. The indoor pool was very nice. We took our one year old son swimming and he had a blast, especially in the kiddie pool. Would definitely go back for another visit!

A group of us ladies (cousins and aunts) made reservations to celebrate a 40th birthday for this weekend. A family member became very ill and we had to change our reservations. Emerson and his staff was so gracious in helping us adjust our reservations so we could be with our family member and celebrate our cousin. The customer service was thoughtful and comforting in our situation. On behalf of our family we thank the Abbey Resort and look forward towards our stay.

I attended a wedding at the resort and stayed at the hotel for two nights. The room was a bit dated and had a slight odor, but the bed was very comfortable and all of the rooms have a walk out patio. It's difficult to find your way around the hotel. The wedding went very smooth. The food was excellent, and the tent was well air conditioned.

Just left here and I have to say it's the nicest place out this way. Staff are very friendly, rooms are clean and there is alot to do right on the resort. Fontana brach is right across the street, and there are also 3 pools. Restaurants in the hotel are great..all around an awesome trip. Plenty of activities for the kids too. Would definitely stay again

Location is easily accessible. Close to the lake, and the gorgeous walking trail that surrounds the lake. The room was spacious, a bit dated, but clean. Service staff was always helpful and friendly.

Location is excellent. Hotel is always very clean and provides good help. There was a male bartender that was sort of short with me. He was very busy but that's no reason to not be friendly to peopleespecially those paying his bills.

Outside of that, all good.

Amazing place to stay. Fun activities happening all the time. Great pool. Great service. Great restaurants. There is a shuttle included with stay that is very helpful. And the Avani Spa is wonderful as well. Definitely worth the day pass. Everyone is super friendly at the Abbey. We went there on our honeymoon and again on our one year anniversary. We hope to make it a tradition.

So far, it's been fantastic. Though, we had to wait an extra hour to check in to our villa even after we called and verified it was going to be ready at 4. After we got checked in to the villa we found it still had food in the cabinets from the last guests. The wait staff at the waterfront grill seemed very unhappy to be there. Took three tries to get them to bring extra napkins. The food was fantastic though. We still have several days left in our visit.
