  This hotel is very well maintained. The beds are nice and comfy and breakfast is pretty good as well. Nice location walking distance to a few restaurants.

  The hotel was very clean had a pretty good breakfast and a nice staff. They need to have a better system for when the staff steps away from the service counter.

  Nice breakfast. Comfortable room. Mattress on sleeper sofa could stand to be replaced. Desk clerks very helpful. Very nice pool/hot tub!

  This was one of the best Holiday Inn hotels that I've been to in my 100 stays per year. There are nice restaurants nearby. They have a bunch of channels on their TV including a HBO and Showtime. I will definitely be staying here any time I visit Milwaukee.

  Great place. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet rooms. VERY clean. The pool and hot tub were great. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was really good. I would definitely stay again.

  Check in was fast. Room was nice. Had DirectTV, a microwave, refrigerator, and a desk. Courteous staff. I was here for a business trip and was not disappointed.

  We always stay this this hotel when we come to milwaukee. It is always clean and fits our schedule perfectly. Check in was quick amd easy. Breakfast is good and we love the pool and hot tub. However, this is the second year in a row that we didn't get our room cleaned on one of the days and today we came back after being out of our room all day and neither of our room keys worked so my husband had to go back down to the front desk and get them reactivated. This is a great hotel and we truly love coming here but these small things are HUGE in making the choice to come back. I don't want to have to worry about these things while on vacation. We will definitely be back to this location and will continue to frequent other IHG locations. Just disappointed.

  This is a nice hotel. It's not the Marriott, but the rooms were clean and modern, the staff was kind, the pool area was well maintained and the continental breakfast was standard. I will say that the breakfast area wasn't conducive to a gluten free diet. There wasn't much fruit available. But still, everything else was nice.

  The room was prepared well, however after returning for the evening to go to bed at 11pm, we found that the meeting room across the hall from or guest room was checked out for the night by a loud group families. We discussed the issue with the front desk and they were going to talk to the group, and to let them know if the issue persisted. I am not sure how a room directly across the hall from guest rooms should not be expected to follow the same volume rules as the guest rooms. We ended up leaving the bathroom fan on to drown out any noise from the hallway. My wife was not happy with the soft bed, as she prefers a firm mattress. The Holiday Inn Express breakfast is better than most hotel chains offer, so that's always a plus.

  Stopped by to visit guests and used the pool. Pool area was high quality with hot tub. Guests' room was spacious.

  Room was very clean
  Breakfast had a wide variety of food choices and everything was delicious

  Breakfast was AMAZING! Hot cinnamon rolls were to die for! Bed was comfortable and the sheets were nice and soft.
