My family stayed here and the staff was very friendly and accommodating! The hotel itself was very clean. We were all very happy!

Nice room, convenient proximity to airport via free shuttle. Shuttle driver was nice to a accommodate a ride to the store.

Big rush of guests showed up to check-in so the line was pretty long. I felt bad for the one guy at the desk that had to deal with the line of frustrated customers. The hotel gave us a parking pass but when we came back to park for the evening, there were no spots. Hotel staff told us we had to park at Culver's and wake up early to move the car so we didn't get towed. I expected that the parking pass would mean we had a spot but it was more like an empty promise :'(

We stay here 2x a year. This past stay was disappointing. The chlorine in the pool was so high and strong. We had rashes and painful skin for 2 days. The room wasn't stocked thoroughly. Not cleaned like in the past either. No towels in pool area this time either. I didn't complain to the staff but should have.

Clean rooms. Room was decient size. Staff very helpful & friendly. Bar on site. Breakfast & dinner on site. Culver's a few steps away. Close to airport for easy access. Shuttle available.

They left our door open after cleaning it.. not making sure door was closed we got in several hours later an walked rite in . That kinda ruined it for me.. hotel face us a partial refund.. but other than that it was s comfy bed..

The stairs are awkwardly located so I have to walk to the far end of the hotel or use the elevator just to get to the second floor. Staff were helpful. The room was nice. The pool was nice. The second floor had construction due to a water leak, but it didn't effect me.

Great quiet and relaxing place to have went to to celebrate our anniversary n get away after the passing of my mother. The staff was friendly and sweet the 2 girls at the front desk were a sweetheart. . Great stay

No free breakfast. Room had strong cleaning product smells. Internet has very fast upload speed. Fitness room is small, but has everything I want, as long as no one else is using the machines, since there's only one of each.

I have stayed here before, my experience this visit was the worse. I should have went to Best Western.
Anyway the rooms where not that clean. The beds were very uncomfortable to soft. The pillows also soft.
What I really did not like about this stay was we were given a certain price over the phone and when we got there they have us a higher price.
Last time we all stay here we had 5 rooms.response / report this review -

The staff at the facility next to the Milwaukee airport were amazing. Due to delayed flights, when I arrived at the airport the rental car company had closed and had no transportation to the hotel. I had planned on walking, but decided to made a quick phone call to the hotel to let them know I was on my way. To my surprise, they told me to wait for a few minutes and the van would be there to pick me up. They were there in less than 5 minutes! I'm staying in the hotel for a few mke days, but it's been the best hotel expetience so far!

I had a flight the next morning at 6 am and took the shuttle which the driver was very nice and friendly. Only odd thing was they were doing some sort of maintenance from 4-6am where there would be no power in the hotel. I had to get dressed in the morning by flashlight, but they gave them out in the lobby during check in, so there's that.

Nice hotel, rooms are a little dated. Had a feeling can light falling out, freezer had a couple holes in it (weird), but overall the rooms were good. Hotel was nice, and the food options aren't bad. The gyro place across the street is crazy good. And Culver's in the parking lot is awesome

Do not stay here. The room was horrible. Smoke alarm beeping no deadbolt no curtains to darken for privacy or to filter morning light. The sofa in the suite was hard. Children running amok. Musty smell. Elevator aged. People banging on walls. Never again to stay here

House Keeping was absolutely horrible. My 6 year old make beds better than them. They don't vacuum or clean the bathroom. They literally just bring you towels. There were also clothes left on the floor from the stay before me. In addition, the toilet seat was worn out and the covering was peeling apart.
