The room was large and clean so my problem is not with the actual room itself but with the customer service. The first annoying thing was the fact that even though there are two rooms and two TV's I was only given one remote that barely worked because the batteries must have been going dead. This was annoying but I was able to overlook it since at that time this was my only complaint. Then the next morning I then wasted 10 minutes searching for the blow dryer that was in a black bag hanging behind the dry cleaning bag in the back of the closet. Due to this delay, I was running out the door to get to work. After I got to work, I realized I forgot my regular shoes in the room. When I called the hotel the VERY RUDE clerk who answered the phone stated that the maid did not see any shoes. There are no other places these shoes can be and I am Positive I left them next to the table in the room. She was actually snotty about it. Either the maid threw my brand new shoes away or she has herself a new pair of shoes. At least this time it was only my shoes. Wonder what she will take next time she is cleaning a room that either left something behind or is a stay over so all their stuff is available.

This is an excellent hotel, and maybe one of the best Country Inn and Suites we’ve stayed in. We arrived late to check-in (around midnight). We check-in late at hotels mostly because of the nature of our work; I always brace myself for the grumpy, half-asleep, despondent hotel clerk. The clerk at this hotel, however, was amazing. She was extremely friendly and joked around with us; we felt welcomed. Good start to the trip.

The room was perfect—two queens, a spacious tub, nicely decorated. I went for a walk in the morning around the area. It is in a developing suburb of Milwaukee but there are bike and walking trails all around it, so I was very happy. There are grocery stores and restaurants right there too, though we didn’t need to use those.

I will finish by saying the free continental breakfast was the best I have ever had. Again, eaten lots of free continental breakfasts ranging from a packaged pastry to the classic waffle that I am still uncertain how to exactly make. This hotel’s breakfast beats them all. There were all the classic items there—bagels, muffins, fruit, the waffle thingy, etc.—and there were amazing breakfast potatoes (spiced perfectly), scrambled eggs (actually fluffy!) and even already premade oatmeal.

Highly recommend this hotel if you are going to the Milwaukee area. It is right off of 94, west of the city, so if you live in Madison or the Twin Cities, it will even shorten your drive:)

This place is awesome. A maintenance man, Tim, even cleaned the snow off my van , it was parked in a handicap spot.Front desk workers, Kathy and Becky were very nice. They made us feel at home. Breakfast was very good. Lots to choose from.Debbie did a great job. Come and experience it for yourself. We will be back.

Excellent service. Staff was attentive to our need. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great. Plentiful and had good selections. There was a whole hockey team eating one morning. There wasn't a shortage of food.

Nice hotel, staff is great. The suite room we had worked out great with the kids. There was a large group of teenagers who were very noisy, but other than that it was a good experience!

Quiet hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, breakfast was good. Awards displayed on the walls in the lobby tells me they take pride in what they do there and appreciate their staff. They take care of their Club Carlson Rewards members. We will definitely stay here again!

The nicest hotel I've stayed in during my comedy touring! There was a surprise hot tub in the middle of my room (which I definitely took advantage of!) Staff was very accommodating, even though I was going to miss the breakfast buffet they made me a breakfast bag to go while I headed to the airport. The champs restaurant was open late, kitchen open til 1130 I believe which was perfect coming back from the show. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Country Inn and Suites in Brookfield was great! A really pretty hotel with a more cozy vibe than some of the more common hotel chains. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a sitting area, large bathroom and kitchenette. The beds were comfortable with high quality linens. The hotel also had a great pool with a spa tub, a steak house and a sports bar attached. So no shortage of entertainment during your stay. Also in a nice neighborhood close to lots of shopping and other food choices.
Would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Milwaukee area.

Chose this Country Inn based on location and price (needed a place on the way to Minnesota). I've stayed at other Country Inn's before and have always been satisfied. This property lived up to what I expected.

If you want a lot of room, this is definitely the place for you. Spacious suite with everything laid out well. I was only staying for a night, but would be terrific for a longer stay. Love having a traditional coffeemaker rather than the pod type. Just think it tastes betterok, maybe I'm old. Regardless, always love having a kitchen area.

The hotel was quiet and the bed was among the most comfortable I've been in (terrific night's sleep). Not sure why, since I was alone, but I loved having a separate bedroom.

Breakfast had plenty of options (loved the watermelon) and was well stocked. The fitness room's equipment was all up to date.

The location was perfect. Right off the highway, with plenty of shopping and dining options. I was quite fond of the Starbucks next door and the Outback attached to the hotel (didn't feel like driving anymore).

I enjoyed the place so much, booked it again on the drive back. Needless to say, if I come back through the area, I'll stay at this Country Inn & Suites again.

The staff is exceedingly nice, but the place is so old, smells old, you can hear everything from above and below the A.C. is so noisy! The breakfast is nice though.

I had a great stay here. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I was surprised with how big the room was! We ended up getting a cot (which was really a single bed on wheels) and it easily fit next to one of the double beds. The fitness room was pretty well equipped. I think the one of the best things about this Country Inn is that it's just off of 94 and has a couple restaurants attached to it. This is a great spot for families or larger groups of people. I would definitely stay here again.

very helpful staff. the room was spacious. even used the jacuzzi one night even when upon first entering we thought we would prefer a sofa. the jacuzzi was relaxing. the morning breakfast was complete and very good. everything from oatmeal and compote to eggs and sausage, yogurt and cereal etc. one complaint but, still give it 5 stars. I went to the Starbucks for my coffee. Wife liked it but, it was not my cup of coffee so to speak. overall, a very pleasant experience and would recommend this motel to anyone visiting the area.
