What a great find! Nice hotel near O'Hare that offers parking from one day to weeks. Good shuttle service and nice, small bar and restaurant.

The hotel was nice. Staff was super responsive. If they offer you a "balcony" room, be prepared for the loud street noise coming from the highway. We needed two phones on a fan app and a box fan to drown out the noise. The Bistro was greatgood food. The free shuttle was excellent with great drivers.

I truly enjoyed staying. I loved my room. The balcony was a beautiful view. It was really clean. Breakfast n checking out was wow!

Nice location and friendly staff. The heating (fire) lamps in the courtyard area are aesthetically as well as practically nice when you want to keep warm while enjoying the outdoors. The only negative is the small weightroom that leaves a lot to be desired.

Simple enough. Quick shuttle from the airport every 30 min on the 15/45 hour mark. Clean rooms, cold AC and Hot water. Checks all the boxes.

It's not a 4 star hotel, but it is clean, comfortable, affordable and near the airport. Modern and with good amenities. Reasonably priced. I'd stay here again of I had to, no problem.

Even though our flight was cancelled and we didn't want to stay in Chicago we only stay in Marriott properties. We've never had a bad experience and the same goes for this hotel too. The staff was great and made sure we had everything we needed. We'll continue to stay at Marriott locations because of the great experiences we always have

Got stranded at o hare airport. Called about 8 hotels. Courtyard was the only one that actually picked up with a human being on the other end. Everyone else was using an automated call center or an off-site service that couldn't tell me if they actually had a room. Courtyard got the job done in about 30 seconds. The airport shuttle was a bit slow, but whatever. Hotel room was nice, but I was only there for about 6 hours. Having the casino next door was a nice bonus. Would recommend staying here if you fly United and they cancel your flight.

The lobby was very nice and well decorated, I like the styling and the furniture. It gave a pretty good impression while I was walking in. The rooms were really nice as well. Spacious and clean, and again the design was tasteful. One thing I would say is that the towels felt like sandpaper, which really sucked. Bring your own towels. They have parking for free, which is great because we're in Mexico and needed a place to park the car. Since we often go to vacations, around once or twice a year, we might come back to this hotel because it's convenient.

Amazing getaway spot. There's so much to do in the surrounding area - both for individuals, couples, & family. Hotel is always quiet & nice as well as amazing customer service.

Front desk seemed too busy to only have 1 person working for a Friday night. Parking lot was super busy. Put in a request for a rollaway bed and wasn't given one. Casino lights outside our window. But the room was clean and had a nice bathroom, though I'll never understand why anyone would design a room's light switch to be OUTSIDE of the room.
