Staff exceedingly friendly and helpful and bent over backwards to make sure I was pleased with my stay.

Central Brooklyn location. Rooms clean but very small. Nice views. First night my room next to elevator had irritating clicking noises coming from inside the wall. They happily switched my room with no problems the second night.

The Hotel needs to have their down comforter and toppers cleaned more often. Visibly dirty. They need a sheet to go over the top of the comforter and the regular bottom sheet should fold over the comforter and top sheet so that the comforter is completely covered top and bottom. It was kind of gross. That’s why I had to give
    3 Stars instead of 4.

Nice Brooklyn hotel surrounded by fun places to eat and drink. We walked to a number of fun restaurants and bars. No Uber required! Room was clean and thoughtfully laid out and 4 elevators meant that we didn’t have to wait even during busy periods. Would happily recommend to friends.

The service at the hotel was really good. They let me check in about 2 hours early, which helped since my flight was an early flight in. The gym is a really great hotel gym. They said no free WiFi, but I ended up getting it. The location was close to a lot of things in Brooklyn. The only thing I didn't like, the room had a small water leak, but they fixed that. Great experience!

My husband and I made reservations to stay here in August. I was very leary because of the reviews. When we first walked in, there were three people at the desk. None of them looked up so we waited a few minutes. Finally, one asked if we needed anything -- we were standing in a hotel lobby with suitcases in our hands! My husband told her that we needed to check in and we were there for a military event. From that moment, we were treated so well. I don't know why the change but everyone at the desk for the rest of the weekend was wonderfully nice. Our second night there, we went to the restaurant in the hotel. The waiter was very nice and the food was AMAZING. I would have given a rating of five stars if there had been a continental breakfast.

Sheraton Brooklyn New York Hotel is not a good place to spend your money.
I just left there and went to Marriott hotel which is couple of blocks away.
THE CARPET SMELLS VERY BAD AND DIRTY( IN THE ROOMS AND THE FRONT LOBBY)!!! THEY CHANGED THE ROOM AND IT WAS WORSE!!
I tried to be professional by asking the front desk to give me something to spray, they refused and they were VERY RUDE! THE MANAGER was worse!
I checked out! They refused to give me a receipt
They gave me a pending one(receipt) after the police arrived.Marriott hotel is the best!! Im enjoying my stay now with Marriott.

The hotel room itself was extremely pleasant. The two full sized beds were very comfortable. However, the front desk service was very poor. At check in, we were told the room would be ready in 10 minutes. Unfortunately 3 hours later, the room was still not ready. Overall, the experience was average at best.

I decided to go out of my comfort zone and try a next hotel instead of the couple I usually use when I'm in Brooklyn. What a mistake that was for the time I was there from 15-17 September 2017 there was no television or internet service. The reception for my cell phone was not the greatest but I will not blame that on the facility just maybe my provider was bad then as well. They could only apologize and not once did the offer to discount the bill. I'm sure they knew of the issue in more than enough time to contact me and advise me of the situation and give me the opportunity to make other arrangements. When I take weekend getaways it is to veg and watch tv but this one I could not even do it was as if I were on a comfortable camping trip in a cabin somewhere. I will think twice before I spend my money with Sheraton again in the future. I'm surely not the only one who will be complaining of this incident.

Location was good, lots to do near by. Rooms were clean, no complaint there. The only caveat was that we were not allowed to hang out / play card games in the lobby and there were no furnishings in the recreation area (chairs, tables, etc.) Price was a bit steep at $230 for the night. Booked in advance.

This place could of been a nice stay.IF, they didn't charge us twice. 2 ladies at the front desk were really rude and not professional at all. Rather stay at a hostel if anything but deal with the people at the front desk at this location. But,not gonna lie. The room was nice and comfy. Only reason i gave it 2 stars.

Not a bad choice for the central location in Brooklyn. Once settled in, the hotel is fine although the rooms are a little small. One main issue with the rooms is that the electrical outlets on the lamps have very loose holes so plugs and chargers fall out or don't charge as the pins don't grip.

The lobby here was really hectic and uncomfortable and it's always hustle and bustle with the Starbucks there.

I will probably try again as they do have a rooftop restaurant and bar. Next time I might try the Aloft which adjoins this hotel and is the same company.

As all other hotels in NYC this is hysterically overpriced. But big rooms with a fridge, ok breakfast (complimentary if you are a SPG member) and a great location: Fulton ST is AWESOME.

The girl working the desk was extremely rude. I don't if she was having a bad day or what. I had a reservation that I was running late for. She told me that I could get ready in their public restroom. I asked to speak to a manager and she said verbatim "sure but she's just going to tell you what I already said." That's not what I asked you was my reply. The manager was more helpful, but there is just no true hospitality in this hotel. I will never stay here again. Thank God this is just a one night stay. As a native New Yorker I still expect better customer service. The room accommodations were nice and the hotel is in a convenient location but that is all.

Generally excellent option in downtown Brooklyn. Proximity to the city can't be beat for vacationers, though the block itself is obnoxious and loaded with constant construction. That said, I've stayed here roughly a dozen times and have never had a problem. Helpful, friendly staff. Rates are affordable during the week compared to other SPG options just over the bridge. Right near the Hoyt Street station. Starbucks attached to the lobby (not complimentary).

Great hotel, nice updated room. Our flights were super delayed and got to the hotel late but they greeted us and the check-in process was so quick and we were able to get sleep.
