Awesome place. What a beautiful building. Clean and such a friendly staff. Definitely going back. Wonderful places around the corner for food and drink.
Worst welcome and receptionist ever Very dark room.
It was quiet this is the only good thing I could say.
There's always pastries and water downstairs, and it's about as fancy as you'd expect a hotel on wall street. So good! It's just old. The toilet hardly flushed, the AC/heating system was barely functional, and a kinda small room.
Fantastic value for money in a great location. Much quieter than Midtown which i found to be a dreadful tourist hell. Very handy to a number of atttactions and subway lines to take you anywhere. A huge selection of eateries and bars in the street behind. Not a fancy hotel but still clean and well appointed.
This is a great place to stay..old fashioned.however this place contains the essence of wall street and 80s movies relatedthey serve breakfast from 7 to 10 a.m. and boiled eggs fruits, juices, milk, cereal, bagels
Perfect spot if you want to see all the sites in downtown Manhattan. Subways are very near. There's plenty of places to eat and chose from. Restaurant open from 6am till 1am easily. Rooms were clean and neat. It's a bit of an old hotel. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Don't expect breathtaking views or anything. It's a convenient location for a traveller
Room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Location is nice and close to major landmarks. Price is fantastic for what you get.
A last minute trip to the financial district left me with our company's usual hotels all booked. Nobody had ever heard of the Inn, but it was the only location which had rooms available within a half mile of the office. I had a double/double room for one night on the 5th floor. The room was clean, but basic. A few chairs, lamps, a T.V. It took me a while to find an outlet near the bed. The bathroom had limited space for toiletries. The shower was functional, but again, basic. The blackout curtains worked wonderfully, to the extent that I almost slept in because the room was so dark I didn't believe my alarm! I personally would not recommend my colleagues go here rather than the hotels we usually book, but if you're in a pinch this location is better than needing to walk a mile or deal with uber/taxis, and while it's no frills, it's clean and usable.
Lovely little inn. Excellent service and clean comfort rooms. Great for families. Stayed here for 4 days with2 babies and loved it. And the location is so convenient. Great place for anyone to stay.
This is a very old hotel that has a traditional vibe. Not always a bad thing but when you can hear everything near or above you it is not very pleasant. The location is a pretty nice neighborhood with a bunch of restaurants behind the building but since they are there for a working crowd they close early. Overall wouldn't stay again but didn't hate it.
Beautiful hotel great location. I rated a 4 star because it stated free breakfast only to arrive it was continental breakfast i think they should clarify that better
Some of the nicest rooms you'll find in the city. A few blocks away from several subway lines, and multiple eating establishments nearby. I stayed on a weekend and the neighborhood was fairly quiet.
Cozy old school feel. Coffee room in the morning was amazing. I would up reading in there for hours before commuting out. Friendly staff.
Been there twice. First time was late one night in sept. Beds were comfy, TV was great, bathroom was huge and had the heat option. My most recent trip was 2 days long. It was 25 degrees out and I had trouble with the thermostat. I called front desk and they said it only went up to 76. That was not warm enough, there was a draft and at some point it stopped blowing out warm air, just cool air. Couldn't even turn it off. So I asked them for a portable heater and they bring over this tiny heater for a cubicle space not for a room. The maintenance guy who brought it up had a dumb face like it was such an inconvenience to ask them to bring this 12 inch tall heater. Then we noticed TV had damage and when the same maintenance guy came up to check it out he pretends like he doesn't see it. Once we made it pitch black u can clearly see this orange marks. He says with his Russian accent "OK what do u want me to do?" So I asked if they had a spare tv, he asked how long we were staying and said he wold check if he can do something in the morning. Never heard from him again. When we checked out the front desk didn't say a peep, just hello before we gave him the room key to check out. Not one question about our stay, or our bill, or anything. I've stayed in every hotel down in wall street, this is now my least favorite hotel n I won't ever recommend. They get 2 stars because the bed was comfortable and it was quiet.
