This hotel was just ok It's a tall building with only a few rooms per floor on the upper floors, but it did lack some expected features like a mini fridge and an alarm clock in the room. It was on a weird street downtown that GPS and Uber had an impossible time finding, so I don't expect a quick pick up. Taxi cabs do come around on occasion though and the hotel is on the corner of an R train station and a block and a half from the Bowling Green train station.

The good things about this hotel is it's location for everything else. You're walking distance to the famous wall street bull, freedom tower and everything else in the financial district.

Happy with my 2 night stay for business. Cookie was a little burnt, elevators certainly slow. Rooms were great, just the smaller than normal Manhattan size. Fitness center was well equipped for a hotel and easy subway access made this a really enjoyable place to crash after long days of work and exploring. :) The evening reception in the lounge was also fun and had some entertaining music.

Happy with my 2 night stay for business. Cookie was a little burnt, elevators certainly slow. Rooms were great, just the smaller than normal Manhattan size. Fitness center was well equipped for a hotel and easy subway access made this a really enjoyable place to crash after long days of work and exploring. :) The evening reception in the lounge was also fun and had some entertaining music.

My boyfriend and I came down to NYC for the weekend and decided to choose this hotel to stay in. When we first checked in the staff were extremely welcoming and gave us both a warm cookie which was very nice. What we didn't like was the fact that the rooms were so small and you could hear everything that was happening in the rooms next to us which wasn't very pleasant My boyfriend made aquinatance with the security guards as they were friendly and also very funny to say the least! They also gave us some tips on where to go during our stay. The location of our hotel was nice as it was very close by the at least 3 different subway lines and to many restaurants, bars and shops. Overall I think the hotel was extremely expensive considering the size of the rooms but at least they were clean.

I got a very fair price for a weekend, room was spacious, quiet, and clean. Staff here is very enjoyable! My bed was so comfy, as were tee pillows. The only problems I encountered were a faulty iron and my cookie was burnt. I really was pleased with the staff. Location is a nice safe area within walking distance of tons of great restaurants and bars, the waterfront, and the historic district. Subway is a little less convenient but walkable.

Great hotel in am excellent location near Battery Park, Stone St, and the World Trade Center. Easy access to multiple Subway stops makes it easy to get anywhere you want to go. Neat views if the river. Only reason I did not give it 5 Stars was we had continuing issues with our key card working to access our room. This requires multiple trips down to the front desk from the 39th floor and was never resolved fully. Most likely an isolated incident, and I would stay here again.

Nice hotel that allowed us to check in several hours early. This hotel has an amazing view of the World Trade Center and is within walking distance to everything in lower Manhattan. The only reason I took a star off was because there were 3 elevators going up and down 45 stories, which made it take forever to get to your hotel room.

My wife, 5-month-old baby and I had a great stay at this hotel. Here's why:

1) The rooms are small (It's NYC after all), but these are slightly bigger than other city hotels.

2) It's clean and well kept.

3) Those cookies they give you are amazing!

4) It's baby friendly and they even gave us a pack n play for our daughter free of charge.

5) The location is great close to Wall Street, Pier 15 and other great finds! It's also just a short ferry ride away from Brooklyn.

We'd stay here again!

Expect the usual small rooms for a Manhattan hotel. Also, if you're in a rush, give yourself enough time for the elevators. 50% of the time, it was tough to finally get one especially during morning rush hour. At one point I had to wait 10 minutes because so many people trying to leave. Not really complaints, just letting people know. I love the location and the room I was given had a wonderful view of the River. Staff was really helpful and friendly. The Attached Italian Restaurant may seem expensive to some but the food was excellent. Head over to the Irish Pub next door if you want drinks though. Fun little place and the price difference was worth it to me.

It is at best ok for the price. Not because of the service or the location. They are marvelous. First let's talk location; It is Financial district of lower Manhattan. It is walkable to 9/11 memorial and museum, One world Observatory, right next to the famous Charging Bull, Battery park ( from here the ferry for Statue of Liberty departs ), Staten Island ferry, Wall Street and many more… just Google. This is well connected with rest of the New York.
Now, service; it is good. We had no problem from the Hotel staff.
Only problem for me was the space in the hotel. I am not a very big guy. For me it was a bit difficult to get around in the shower. The mattress we got was too soft for me, that is just my opinion.

All in, We liked our stay here because of the location and accessibility not because of the hotel itself.

I got to say that the beds in this hotel are some of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The hotel itself has got a nice contemporary feel. If your favorite color is green and or yellow, you will feel very at home here. As it seems everything is some derivative of the green spectrum. This isn't a bad thing. In fact its done very well and accents nicely with the views of the one world trade center out the windows. My only complaint with this hotel is that the bathroom fixtures were a tad cheap. The shower handle actually fell off while i was taking my morning shower. Im not going to knock them to hard for it though, the rest of the stay was wonderful. Easy check in and check out. They offer a lot of other complimentary services as well and you can have breakfast delivered to your room by filling out a card and hanging it on your door the night before.

Good location, near lots of tourist locations. It was small, but we figured that would be expected in New York. Staff was nice as well. And the parking was close by and not a bad price. However, our bedroom window was broken, it wouldn't shut completely and they had covered it with duct tape. Our shower door would shut, so water would always pool on the floor. We also had a pull out bed, and we had to call a couple times to get the linens.

Excellent location in the Financial District. Close to two subway lines, restaurants, 9/11 memorial, Smithsonian American Indian museum, Statue of Liberty ferry, and more. Tiny rooms, but to be expected in NYC. Seemed to be clean. Friendly staff. Would definitely return.
