Brian was extremely helpful and made the sale quick and smooth with no surprises, and the owner, Tom Sharpnack stopped in and was extremely helpful and appreciate of my business. Will definitely be back for my next vehicle.
I was sent a email update that some pages to owners manual were missing. I called and talked to Janene Reiderman and she confirmed they were. Janene said she would copy and mail those pages to me and did within the week. Thank you for your Sharpnack Team Effort to make the smallest detail the biggest difference and customer the top priority. I’m completely satisfied with my 2017 Chevy Silverado Z-71 Midnight Edition. Sharpnick CHEVROLET in Willard Ohio is the finest dealership I have ever dealt with. The friendly staff right on up to Mr. Tom Sharpnack himself made me feel like one of the family. Honesty and Integrity is their priority and they make every effort to give everyone a fair deal. I like their motto. "We are not satisfied until you are." I was satisfied and will give them all my future business. Thank you all at Sharpnack Chevrolet for making my car buying experience enjoyable!

I recently had a brand new engine put in my 2017 Chevrolet Camaro. Everybody from the service manager to the technician installing the new engine communicated and cooperated very effectively. I am 100% satisfied and back on the road. Highly recommended!
Very good selection of vehicles, very friendly and helpful staff! Impressive!!!
Service Department Is Great. I took my Car to Pat 'O Brien In Norwalk to get a fuel line replaced. I was told it would be a 2-4 hours job. 24 hours later it took 5 calls to find out if my car was done and I received 5 different stories; car was not on our lot, car was in the shop, car was on a test drive, car had not been in shop yet, car had been in shop have to order parts. I was pretty much left stranded so I called Sharpnack and spoke with Rich. Rich not only gave me a FREE tow from Pat O'Brien In Norwalk, he did the job for $100.00 less!!. People if you want a reputable GM dealer to repair your car take it to Sharpnack in Willard. Who has time for games, headache and hassle??.
i went to sharpnack in willard looking for a specific car. Online it said they had a dodge dart, I called them to set up an appointment to look at said car. The salesman after running my credit, and sitting there for about 2 hours told me they "didnt have any darts in any one of their 3 stores." Then why tell me that you do? Lying to people just to get them in there left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. Will not recommend, will not be going back.
Made a call into the sales department to talk about buying a new truck. The guy I spoke with had a bad attitude right off the rip, then when asked how other dealers could offer the same truck at a much lower price online the guy told me I should go there and buy the truck then. I'm not a car salesman, but I'm positive this isn't how you do business. I'm 28 years old and they just lost my business for the rest of my life congrats Ron from sales.
I have bought 4 vehicles from here and usually it goes pretty smooth. Not this time. Called about a truck we seen online and Kelly in financing took our info and RAN our credit. Kelly should have done her job and made sure the truck was still available. It was not. How do you run credit on a vehicle that someone else is buying? She was pretty short on the phone about it and rushed the call. There are way to many dealerships to have to put up with that.
