Had a great experience at Jeff Wyler. Stopped in for an oil change, without appointment, and was told they would get me in, but it could be an hr and a half. About 45 min later, they told me I was good to go. Great service and a very comfortable customer lobby. 👌🏼

Ken Lillard made my car lease experience as easy as could be expected. He did a wonderful job answering all of my questions and providing me with the exact make, model and color car that I was searching for. The entire experience was stress free. Ken was both informative yet easy going enough that I never felt like I was being pressured. I would definitely recommend this dealership and this salesman to friends and family.

The dealership matched our lowest best offer from a dealer in IN. When we arrived to test drive the car we were pleasantly surprised the vehicle had two installed dealer options (mud flaps & wheel locks). They did not try to increase the car price and honored the offer from the IN dealer. All negotiations were done online very quickly. Our sales person, Byron was quick to exchange emails. He was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Byron did all he could to make sure we were happy and felt good about our purchase. The emails/quote and purchase were all done the same day. When we arrived at the dealership we test drove the car and decided to purchase. Total time at dealership during a week day was approximately 2 1/2 hours. I feel the dealer and our salesperson were easy to deal with. No surprises when we got to the dealership; the deal was as quoted with the extra dealer options included at no cost. No frustrations here! Thanks Byron for assisting us on our new car purchase. You were a pleasure to deal with.

After being unable to come to agreeable terms of sale at a local dealership, I was encouraged by Keith Davis to come in with the promise that he would beat the offer I had in hand. While Keith was unavailable when I stopped in, Byron Brown stepped in and stood by Keith's word. In a fairly short amount of time, we were able to strike a deal that got me the car that I wanted at the price that I wanted. I was able to seamlessly complete my transaction with Keith the next day when my car arrived at the dealership. I must say that it was an absolute pleasure working with Keith, Byron, and the entire Jeff Wyler of Colerain team. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Got to the service desk a few minutes early, I was helped quickly by John Lewis. Got the oil change done, they did an Express check of all the little things that might be going bad and gave me a write up and I got my car washed. All in 39 minutes. Oh yeah, I enjoyed a bottle of water from their frig. Great service

Last weekend I purchased a Honda CR-V from the Honda Dealership in Colerain. Even before arriving at the dealership my service agent Keith Davis was already in correspondence with me and my family in regards to best options for a vehicle within our budget. As a result, my visit was pretty straight forward: get previous vehicle assessed for trade in, test drive new vehicle and buy it. Along the way Keith was straight forward in explanation of vehicle options and payment plans without the excessive haggling some dealerships do to try to get you to spend more money than you want. Overall all shopping at Jeff Wyler Honda was an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend you guys to others.

Dylan was easy talk to and she provide car loaner for us, while Chuck took care the car service. The price was fair and they did fast turn around repair ball barrier for both rear wheel and front / back jobs. They also took care the AC on our car, which relay was bad. Everything working good for our car. Thanks

After looking around I bought a 2017 Honda Accord Sport SE at Jeff Wyler of Colerain. As a young professional purchasing my first vehicle I had so many questions on the different models, and when/how the process goes on deals. It was great to work this with Al Sanders at Jeff Wyler. He was very patient with my questions, explained every detail I asked, made sure my offer at other dealerships was matched and at the end I ended up negotiating a great deal. He was very responsive and followed up with me over the last few weeks on all the info I needed. Brought my car in for diagnostic check. At 2pm. Did not hear anything from them for an hour and half. They told me then my warranty would not cover the problem.
My car is 4 years old with less than 33,000 miles on it. An intake gasket and coil hose assembly is what they say I need.
Finally left after 2 hours and 15 minutes. Tires rotated is all.response / report this review -

Justin Sanders was very helpful in describing all of the features of the van. He also worked with us to bring the price to a place that we could afford, while still allowing us to keep many of the bells and whistles. Overall, it was a great car buying experience.

Came here yesterday to buy a new Honda CR-V 2016 because my old car is about to kick the bucket. Al Sanders was our point of contact and was able to work with us on financing and final price. Great sales consultant, and rate 110% satisfaction with his professionalism, conduct, and work ethic to push the paperwork through without delay. Great customer service, and great orientation on the vehicle! Would recommend him for sales at Wyler Honda!
