Made an appointment to come in and have my vehicle appraised and test drive a car off the lot. They offered me a very low number on my vehicle as expected, but told me the truck I was there to see was at their other location and it would be 15 minutes to get it over for me to view. After an hour and a half of the guy periodically coming over to say it was on the way he finally came clean and said that the truck hasn't left the other location and he would call me when it got there. Never heard back. Horrible experience and waste of time.

Hi my name is Mr. Cupp handicap a Air Force Vet (1966 - 1970 and as I am currently battling throat cancer
On Sept.23, 2017 I purchased a 2004 Toyota Tacoma from Sales Person Christian Witt from McCluskey Chevrolet .
On Nov. 1 2017 as I had not received my title so I called McCluskey Chevrolet and explain what my issue was. That the 45 day temp. tags was going to expired on 11/07/2017 and I was concerned.
On Nov. 2, 2017 at 4:14pm I received a call back from Pat of McCluskey Chevrolet and I explain the issue . Pat assured me that she would make a duplicate copy of the title and get it to the Reading Road location within the next day or two and she would call and let me know when it got there.
Never Happen!
On Nov.6 2017 at 11:17am called Pat and ask what happen? Pat informed me that her supervisor had told her that I had to go get my tile myself and McCluskey would reimburse me.
Please help me understand why I should not go public with this issue and post on the Disabled Veterans Facebook page and other media resource. I really feel by McCluskey Chevrolet not keeping its promise to have the title delivered to the Reading Rd. location you have advanced my illness by this type of service.
Went today they did not reimburse.

Why can't I give ZERO stars? Terrible Experience. Sat in an office for over 30 minutes while he "got a list together", but we had just discussed potential cars from the database. Why would you have to "get a list together" and disappear for 30 minutes?After a walked out because I left, I received 2 emails about my credit being ran, I specifically told him to not run my credit until we found a potential car, but he did it anyway. Not once, but twice. I will never step foot in there again. I also recommend that if you are reading this, you don't either.

I just took my car to get repaired here due to my insurance company and when I get the car back, the hood had deep red scratches on it. Terrible job.

Worst service we have experienced at a dealership. We walked in, nobody greeted us, walked all the way to the waiting area and before we walked out someone finally helped us. Told us, the car we were looking for was at the Mall location. We drove to the mall location, where they couldn't find the physical location of the car. We drove 2 hours to be able to not drive the car we wanted to see.

Went here to have my car inspected after I was hit. This was for insurance reasons. I don't think I'll be back. Customer service wasn't great. Wasn't bad. Just meh. I doubt I'll be back for anything based off how unfriendly my experience here was.

Not very friendly to cash customer. Don't have anything for customers to drink. They don't like to be told they are wrong. Kept wanting me to finance

Took my truck to get the oil change and tires rotated . Just bought a new 2017 Equinox from them. They are so nice of people that works there. They treated me great. Will always give them my business.
