Best car buying experience I’ve had. Everyone is extremely approachable, fair, and they are straight with you. No BS. They gave me a fantastic deal on the exact car I wanted. They did everything in their power to make sure we made a deal that we both felt was great. Ronnie was my salesman and he is top notch. I highly recommend them. They have a large selection of very nice vehicles. They also perform thorough inspections of any trades to make sure they keep their high standards for any vehicle they sell. When I go to buy a truck next year, they will be my first stop.

I am so pleased with the service I received at Joseph Toyota. My car is nearly 10 years old and I was treated with just as much respect as someone coming in with a brand new car. They only did exactly what I asked them to do, no hidden fees or charges. They called and asked before they did anything extra and we’re extremely polite when I denied additional services. Jason and the whole team were extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend this dealership.

Employees here at this location are really nice and they go above and beyond. The only thing I don't like about this dealer is their planning. It's probably nothing they can control because of its location but they have lots all over the place, they don't have all the cars at the same lot, so you have to drive around a bit to find the particular car you're interested in.(not your traditional car dealer with a big lot with all the cars on it)

I drove all across the city for 2 weeks and visited many different lots. There was no comparison - every touch point in the organization was great. Professional, efficient, and a great value in my new 4Runner. I will be sure and share this with friends and family.

I recently moved to Cincy and this was my first time at Joseph Toyota. I chose this dealership amongst many other Toyota dealerships here because they had the highest Google ratings. And I agree to all those ratings because I can compare to the previous Toyota dealership where I bought my car and had it serviced there from day 1, and this by far exceeded all my expectations. The time I walked into the door until I got my car back, my advisor: Bruce, was kind and respectful. I had few major routine and repair work done and my car's running like New again. This is now my preferred dealership and will be going back there until I am in Cincy. Very happy and satisfied. Recommend to all!

I purchased our new Toyota Corolla over the phone on a Sunday afternoon. I didn't know that could be done and so easy. I negotiated the price with the salesman until we agreed on an "out the door" price. I sent in our application for financing over the internet which went directly to our salesman. I called him back right after I did that and we were immediately approved. He asked when we would like to pick it up so the dealership would have it ready. We picked our car up a few days later. All the paperwork was ready. Larry Lawson, who was very nice and very helpful took us to see our new car. It was ready to go and looked great - with a full tank of gas. We went in to sign a few papers which only took a few minutes. Larry took us out to our car again and explained how to use all the awesome safety features and asked if we had any questions. Couldn't have been easier. Larry followed up with emails and texts making sure we were 100% pleased. He also set up our first service appt. in five months for the first oil change and regular maintenance that is free with the warranty. Nice dealership and more importantly nice people. Thanks!

Called in 2-3 days ago and set up a time to borrow a Tundra today to see how it tows to see if it would work as a replacement for the Ford I currently have.

Decided that while I was looking around for a potential replacement for my truck, I'd look for my wife's replacement as she just totaled her Sonata a couple weeks back. I happened upon a really good lease deal on Camrys yesterday, so I decided that I'd add it to the list along with a new Sonata. Salesperson was relatively polite; the car was the definition of boring to drive, but that's how Toyotas seem to work.

Fast forward to this morning, the salesperson who over the phone claimed he was the only one in the 'try before you buy' department(for my truck) wasn't even working today. The salesperson who I spoke with the day before(about my wife's replacement) said that pretty much all the information I received over the phone was incorrect and stood there telling his manager about my presence the day before. So I'm standing there, looking shady because I'm coming in and looking for a different salesperson who isn't even there only a day after being there for an entirely different vehicle and situation.

Then come to find out I lost my license somewhere over the past day during all the test drives and I tried to track it down. Wound up having a new one printed because I needed to update my address on it, anyway. Went back to this dealer after running a few more errands only to be turned away as a potential customer.

I wouldn't have worked with either salesperson after how the second regarded me and how much misinformation the first gave. Given that their manager stood behind what they said rather than hear me out, I have no interest in giving them any future business at all.

There is no 'woe is me' here. It is simply to inform the reader that the staff here is nothing special at all, and I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

That said, I am sure they judged me based on me pulling up in a beat up 2001 Corolla rather than our 2013 Audi S6, but hey, to each their own. Superior Hyundai North had no problem with it, and that's who is most likely getting our business.

I haven't signed a car loan in over a decade so when I decided on a new (to me) car I went here. From the first phone call to closing the deal, Dupree was a perfect salesman. Not too pushy, easy going, he made the entire process fun and exciting. Thank you so much!

The service department is second to none. I've had my car 3 years and have never had a problem dealing with them, not even once.

I would give them less if I could. Faithfully have taken my car there for its check ups and the one time something is wrong with a tire that had road hazard protection. They give a bs reason that it is not covered. I work at home. That car is driven very few miles. How terrible was the product that in barely over a year a tire is bad.

Had a super RUDE experience! Went to buy a Camry today. The guy who showed us the car (David) was very nice with us. They offered a price that was $2k higher than a previous dealer I just visited before going to them and when I informed them about that, they asked us for proof, which I had! Then they lowered the price which was still about $100 higher than the other dealer and said somehow their 2017 Camry is better than the other 2017 Camry we saw (HOW??). When I still wanted them to lower their price, the manager (Nick Weisbrod) came to us and asked us, "Why did you waste our time? If you told us your price earlier we wouldn't be wasting time one you!..". Initially I thought he was just fooling around but as the realization settled walked straight out. It was an experience that I still cannot believe happened to me as I am writing this review. Unbelievable way to treat a potential buyer!
