Quick turnaround on getting vehicle repaired, -1 star from car being returned completely covered in road salt while there and no attempt to even clean it from Windows.

I recently had work done on my Ford Explorer I bought through Beechmont Toyota. It turned out the car needed a brand new transmission which fortunately was covered through my extended warranty. I worked with Lee Cromer through the service. He was absolutely outstanding. There was a lot of red tape and hurdles to get through and Lee stayed on top of all of it. His follow up with me was better than any customer service I have ever received. He always called before I had to check in. So far we have had a great experience as a result from buying our car through Beechmont Toyota and will definitely come back with the next service. Lee is undoubtedly a valuable member of your team .

My experience at Beechmont Toyota wad great! Mr. Rigo was a very kind gentleman who sold me my vehicle! He not only had the patience to deal with my stubbornness but he was very willing to make sure I got a good deal! He was fantastic. I wouldn't want to have anyone else help me with my car purchase.

receptionist was super nice, friendly and IMMEDIATELY knew the answer to my question about out of state inspections and had procedural information on hand. IN ONE SENTENCE she answered where to park the vehicle, when to come, who would greet me, how long it would take, and what it costs. a-mazing. never had an experience like that EVER as a dealer. ever. you just won a customer in that simple interaction. a customer who has a long history of dreading the dealer. and you made my day. in one minute. victory loves preparation. you should put her in charge of staff morale because she GETS IT DONE! #workerpride

I worked with Andy Wiseman to get into my beautiful, black on black, 2017 Highlander SE. The entire experience, start to finish, was unlike any car purchase I have been through. It was, dare I say, enjoyable! I am a loyal Beechmont Toyota customer now!

Stellar customer service! GM runs this place with customer obsession in mind. From the time we stepped in the door, till we drove off in our new Toyota, to coming back for normal maintenance, we felt like we were the only customers in there.in a very busy place! The sales staff are knowledgeable on what they are selling you, go above and beyond to get you in the right car for you and they are not pushy. They actually care about what's the best decision for you, not their numbers. We have bought our last 2 vehicles from Beechmont Toyota and we will continue to keep coming back!

Had a wonderful experience at Beechmont Toyota. Chandra Sok was an amazing help when it came to anything and everything you need to know about purchasing a Prius. I would highly recommend this location over any other. I felt like my wants and needs were heard and met. The only issue that I had was with a sales man (Dave R.) treating me like an old school sale guy would treat a woman when I got done test driving the vehicle I purchased, he was trying to sell the car to another couple. When I told him that I was going to get it, he told me, "it's not yours until you sign the paperwork honey". This was addressed with the sales manager and was dealt with accordingly, which was above and beyond what I can say about other car dealerships. All I really can say is if there were more stars available for Chandra, Ron and all the other wonderful people there, I would definitely give em out!

I wasn't in the market for a vehicle, but have referred several patients needing a new car following a car accident. They all thanked me for the referral to Tony Warren at Beechmont Toyota for the great experience. One even said she compared the vehicle and price to other Toyota dealerships and Beechmonts was the best. I will go to Tony for my next vehicle purchase.

Tony Warren from this location was a life-saver recently. Even though he is in the sales department he went above and beyond the call of duty to facilitate the ordering of a difficult-to-find part for my Tacoma when I was in a pinch. It shows the level of commitment to excellence of their entire team!

I can't say enough positive things about my experience. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle without my parents or husband by my side and Save with Dave couldn't have been more patient with me or helpful. I had never looked at Toyota before and after asking my needs/wants he suggested I look at the Toyota Highlander, which I fell in love with and is perfect for my family of four. He explained all the features and made sure I absolutely loved it before purchasing and that it would work with my family/two car seats. Jim in finance was just as great. He was very personable and made the process quick and easy while still answering any questions I had thoroughly. My husband and daughters came back with me the following morning to sign papers and he had my three year old smiling and even had a toy car for her to play with, which she loved! Before leaving, Dave helped me setup my phone and what not inside the vehicle. He helped me load the car seats over as well. Like I said, wonderful experience!
