UPDATE: I've had the car for about 2 months and had to replace the thermostat and some of the other coolant-related components. Seems a little fishy the number of reviews that list things going wrong after people get the car home. I will not be going back and would not recommend buying from this dealer.

Original post: Cars were nice, Beetle we test drove (and bought) was clean and in great condition despite being 10 years old. The guy was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Took away a star because it felt like he was rushing me into buying. Ended up buying the Beetle in the end but if not for the pushiness I might have realized the horn didn't work and one of the headlights was burnt out.

They seem nice at first but they are not honest about everything wrong with the vehicle. They offer a “warranty” but when they will go to replace the part they will keep pushing you off and do not try to fit in your schedule, you fit into theirs. Unorganized and will say anything to make you happy and go away instead of being real. I bought a 2013 Ford Focus that my dad had to test drive for me because you have to be 21, they will copy your license and insurance and make you sighs a liability paper just to drive the car down the road. If I was able to drive the car I would have probably noticed the alignment issue and the transmission issues anddd the ac compressor going out, that were failed to be brought up by the salesman. They will pressure you into giving you a rating and watch as you do it, pressuring a 5 star. Most people told me to avoid this dealership for many reasons and I figured I would trust them anyway, but your best bet is to go pretty much anywhere besides this dealership.

Waste of time. Drove an hour to look at some trucks on this lot. Spent another 30-45 minutes looking at trucks with one of the salesman and then found a car I wanted to test drive that the salesman had shown. He asked for my license and a copy of my insurance. As soon as I handed him my license he said "sorry you have to be 21 to test drive" (I'm 20 and had been to three other lots that day where I test drove at least one vehicle I was interested in at without any issues at all and they all knew how old I was). How about stating this policy up front instead of WASTING my time? Because obviously no one is going to buy a car without being afforded a test drive. Unprofessional.

Update:
Shortly after buying the car, the check engine light was on. One of the headlights has never worked since I purchased the car and it's not just the problem of the bulb. The coolant also looks very brown, indicating there's a leaking issue of this car. The tires aren't in very good condition. The car also broke down two weeks after on the street. It's so scary and dangerous. I will spend a few thousand dollars on fixing this car. Disappointed. I wish I could be awared of those issues.

A month ago:
I just got a Lexus car from here today and was offered a very good price. Very happy with this purchase. ☺️

Recently purchased a White Chevy Tahoe. Car was extremely clean and well maintained. Really enjoying driving it this far. The salesman was easy going and I loved that I could take it for a test drive without a salesman present. Big car lots are frustrating when they send their people with you to pitch while you are trying to assess the car. They worked with us on the price and got the financing done quickly. Great experience.

Bought a 2008 Grand Cherokee from them about 3 weeks ago. After looking around for awhile I stopped at MGM to see if I saw anything I liked. They were great with assisting me and getting a deal done! Test drove the jeep and got pre-approved. Was still on the fence at the time but went back 3 days later and got it. They also promised to order a new tire to replace one that was already worn down at time of purchase! Overall a great experience and easy to deal with dealership. Everything runs great and I love my new Jeep!!
