We live in Beloit wi. Went to all of our local new car Dealers and none of them had a vehicle that were looking for 2020 dodge Durango with the options that we wanted all the other dealers did a locater search and they could not find one at all but when we went to Barkau he did the same thing and he did find a vehicle that had exactly what we wanted but bad news it was in Alaska 😥 so Our sales person said we can order you the vehicle with just the options you want and the color you wanted if you would like us to wow😁👍 well that's great new not one other Dealer ship would do that for us But Barkau did and the vehicle only took a few weeks to arrive we are so happy with our experience that Rick and his team have gained our family's business for life thanks for making our new vehicle purchase fun and great experience The

My husband and I drove c from Florida to be with family for Christmas. Once we hit IL the temperature was a lot colder! The nitrogen in the tires was getting very low. Thankfully your service department filled is up so we could continue safely. Very nice young man also. Polite. Thank you for your service.

I tried to buy a car from them. Spoke with a dealer, who said they would call me right back with the price

They never called back.

So I bought a different car elsewhere.

I see they have a pretty good track record overall and I haven't had any experience with their service department. Just disappointed I didn't get a call back as a perspective buyer.

This is a wonderful dealership, filled with excellent customer service. 20y/o with bad/no credit did not stop these people from approving me with a loan for 13k. They went back and forth with the bank to try and get me a loan exactly within my budget and did not throw any B.S. my way. My salesman, Andrew Franks, was very helpful and very attentive throughout the process. He is a very kind, and charismatic man and I had the utmost pleasure of working with him. The Manager Daniel and Finance Director Mark were both extremely helpful with any questions I had considering this is my first purchase. All in all, you should expect to see excellent customer service within this dealer and they show every bit of it.

$60 to re-program the NAV and it is not fixed. Was told it would cost $2700 plus install to get a new radio. NUTS! Van is a 2013. Chrysler won't do anything. Many vehicles have the same problem and there is no recall. Spent $234 on maintenance and didn't even get a vaccum or a wash, lol. It appears to be disorganized.

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Sawicki Motors in Freeport Illinois. Trying to find the particular vehicle I was looking for was tough locally (Minnesota) so I expanded my search nationwide. It's not easy trying to purchase a vehicle sight unseen outside the immediate locality. I came upon Sawicki after contacting over 30 different dealers around the country. Bailey Lauder, the sales consultant instantly put my mind at ease and earned my trust. She answered all of my questions and went the extra mile, even answering my texts late at night. Other dealers only sent spam email replies. Huge difference! Bailey did a FaceTime walk through of the vehicle as well as negotiating a very competitive price for me. She also knew I would be flying into town, and she gave me excellent guidance as well as sending a driver to pick me up. The vehicle had two open recall items that the previous owner didn't bother to address. In a quick turnaround, Sawicki took the vehicle into the local Mini Dealership and had the repairs completed prior to my arrival, saving me the time and trouble of having to do that myself. The Business Manager, Mark Whitehead was also friendly, courteous and professional. I had a wonderful buying experience from beginning to end. I would definitely purchase from them again. Professional, attentive, and HONEST dealership!
