I stop at this dealer a few weeks ago to look at a used pick up truck. The sales person, David, that I spoke with was great he showed me the truck gave me some back ground and a test drive. We talked about pricing and could not come to a deal which was ok. A few weeks later I called to see if the truck was still available and it was, I said I would like to come back and take another look. The only think was before I went back I wanted to make sure that it would be in my price range. Miranda assured me that they could work it out and set up an appointment with Angie one of the managers. I said great but if they could not get close to my range I would rather not come out since it is an hour drive. Miranda said no problem would let Angie know what range I wanted to be in. Well I went out and met with Angie and she said she could sell me the truck for $1000.00 over what I had said on the phone where I wanted to be. I said that is not close to what I was thinking and she laughed and said "well what do you think is close" so I said around $200.00 to $300.00 above what was my bottom line number and she said she could do that after a little back and forth she said how about $600.00 over my bottom line. I said that is not close enough yet and she said we can not make a deal that she did all the compromising and I was not willing to negotiate, which was untrue. First of all she new the range I wanted to be in and I was willing to be $300.00 to $400.00 above my bottom line. In my opinion it was not very professional to say she did all the compromising and that she compromised more than me. I was willing to buy the truck but she was making it like she was doing me a big favor even talking to me. Last I looked I thought I was the customer, but I was not treated like that. Anyway they could have handled the whole situation differently it would have been nice to call or text me and tell me what their bottom line was and I could have worked it accordingly.

I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. I set up my appointment on line and was well taken care of. I want to thank the staff over there who helped myself get my awesome 2016 Cadillac ct6. Angie, Trina and my new friend Mark Ott my sales guy. Thanks again for all your help. Keep up the good work.

Tom Pagoria was absolutely wonderful to work with, it was like he knew exactly what I was looking for and made it happen!! It was a big step for me to try a new dealership after working with the same one for almost 10 years. I’m happy I made the switch. Trina was awesome to work with too!! This place and these people are the best!! I recommend if your thinking about a new car and you’ve always wanted a Caddy but didn’t think you could afford one you should check them out!!! Huge thanks to Tom & Trina!!

Very happy with Arnie Bauer. Just picked up a 2011 Yukon XL Denali on Halloween night and couldn't be happier. This morning I found an issue with one of the tire valves when I went to put some air in. Took it right over and spoke with Bret, the General Manager, and he said he would take care of it. Thanks again and I will definitly be back.

I took my car in for a first service since the original purchase. The wait was long but waiting room was nice n cozy and the the staff was friendly and very professional. Initially there was an issue of not receiving a spare key at purchase but Bret the sales manager took care of everything. His follow up was very prompt and his customer service was amazing. When I took my car back to be programmed Bret even provided a loaner car so I wouldn't be inconvenienced by the wait. Overall great experience!

We had a great experience with Arnie Bauer! They were all about the customer experience! They were patient and worked really hard to meet our expectations! David Brdar was a great salesman and was very responsive to our questions and needs/ Manager Bret also made the numbers work for us!

My first car was a 1970s maroon Buick LeSabre. I've never had a car I loved so much until today when we bought a black cherry 2017 Buick Regal. We had a wonderful experience at Arnie Bauer. We had a car in mind that we wanted and our salesman, Antoine W., fulfilled all of our expectations. He was very honest, personable and patient. He got us a great deal on a car we loved. We test drove a car that was as a demo, but we didn't want to purchase a demo. He was able to get the same exact car from another dealer and still give us a great financing rate. He also allowed us to take the demo home for the weekend. We would highly recommend this dealer and our salesman to our family and friends. This was a much nicer experience than our previous experiences of buying a car. Thank you!

The process was long but at the end pleasantly painless. I was surprised and overwhelmed at the patience of the salesman Antonio Willis. The most amazing person was Trina Christensen the Business Manager. . . . OMG she went over and above to help me make the very best decision for my budget. She helped me calm down and I felt so at ease after talking with her, she is my new trusted best friend.
