Ended up being helped and he walked me to the car I was interested in. In the middle of showing me the car, he left me and said he had to finish up with another customer and would be right out. I waited near the car for 20 min, and no one came back out. I went back inside to look for him and sat down and he didn’t even say anything to me considering he just up and left me outside. After sitting inside for another 10 minutes and not one staff member approaching me, I left and purchased a car from another dealership.

We were there looking at their used cars and found one we liked. The salesmen who helped us were extremely professional and helpful, we never felt like they were pressuring us to buy anything. We were able to negotiate the price down to a number we were happy with and we left with a new to us car. The whole overall experience from the time we arrived until we left was the smoothest, friendliest and most pleasant car buying experience we've ever had!

The service personnel were genuinely invested in resolving an oil burning issue I was having with my 2012 Sonata. They kept me informed every step of the way and did so in a very professional manner. They were easy to deal with and considerate of my time. I worked with Frank, Jason, and John on different occasions and received the same excellent result. Highly recommended.

I live 20 miles away but this place is hands down the best place to purchase a Hyundai. Great people and service department. My wife won't take car to any local dealership. She made appointments and they never came close to Darcey. Long wait and clueless.

We were forced to buy a new car when the engine went bad on our old one. Mike helped us with whatever we needed and asked. He was patient, but also fast to answer. By far the best experience I have had purchasing a new vehicle. We won't buy a car from anybody else ever again!

Brought my Hyundai here for its first service and it was also my first visit to D'Arcy Hyundai. To say they took amazing care of myself and my vehicle is an understatement. Their pull-up service drive is easily accessible and full of customer service representatives ready to help! Their customer waiting area has giant lounge seats with complimentary refreshments and snacks (coffee, soda, etc.) Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Went with my younger sister to help her purchase her first "new" car and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Mike Budzinski and the rest of the team were phenomenal. Mike is friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable about the cars on their lot. It was a relief having someone trustworthy that made it obvious he truly cared more about making sure my sister was comfortable. He did a great job describing each and every detail of the car buying process to her. The sales and finance managers were just as wonderful.

I live in Mt. Prospect and have been to all my local Hyundai dealerships in the northwest suburbs. This dealership is a bit out of my way, but worth the drive if you not in the southwest Chicago suburbs. When I tell you the level of customer service and literally no pressure nor drama with D'Arcy Hyundai is second to none. Entire staff that I dealt with super professional and they actually care about answering your questions honestly. Every single dealership I dealt said whatever just to get you in the door, and do the bait and switch deal. Not this place they took the time to get the answer for me and more importantly the correct answer. I had Frankie B. and Angel T assist me with my purchase. These guys are top notch, and had I know the service they would provide be as amazing as it was, I would have saved the time and hassle of visiting 7 other dealerships. I will happily do the hour or so drive for my next purchase from D'Arcy. Shout out to Billy .P ( manager on duty), he ensured everything went smoothly. Every other Hyundai dealership in the Chicago area gives you the run round, drama, unicorn pricing and BS. D'Arcy actually cares about giving professional, polite good old fashioned customer service! These guys are awesome! My family had already bought two cars through Darcy when I went in looking yesterday and when I met Angel, I got the exact help I needed! He wasn't pushy or all sales tactic driven like almost every other dealer. He was just a nice charismatic dude, doing his job; which was to get me the best car at the best price. I had no credit and no down payment and he helped me finance a beautiful 13 Chevy Equinox, for an extremely great rate. This is the place guys, these peeps are here too help.

Angel helped my find the Hyundai Sonata which I absolutely love! He was patient and very helpful with all the questions! Him helping made the process stress free and very clear and simple! I will definitely be returning for my next vehicle purchase in the future! Fantastic service!

I have to tell you in 2009 I bought my first Hyundai. I purchased that Santa Fe because of a sales team that blew me away. Yesterday I purchased my second Hyundai from D'Arcy this time a 2017 Tucson. Guy Campobasso will forever have repeat customer. Francisco Medina made the transaction so smooth and not a stressful experience. The sales and fiance team that this store has could give lessons on customer service.I could buy a Hyundai form anywhere..but the staff and how they treated me is why I will always by a vehicle from D'Arcy. Terry great job with your staff! Guy thank you again so much! Francisco expect referrals! You guys are simply AMAZING!

I have always been a loyal D'Arcy customer, but the last time I purchased a car I was beyond satisfied with the service and effort that was put into making sure I found the car I wanted. My salesman, Angel DelToro had a great attitude and didn't make me feel like I was just another sale to him. He listened to me, figured out what I needed and could afford and got me what I needed. Thank you so much - there really is such a thing as the "D'Arcy Difference" !

Darcy Hyundai is the best!! World class service. Angel Del Toro was my sales rep and made my purchasing experience wonderful. All my questions and concerns were addressed and he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I will only buy my cars from him in the future and my family feels the same. Angel Del Toro and Darcy Hyundai get only excellent ratings from me!! Love my new Hyundai!!
