I've got horrible credit. So the fact that they were able to get me in any car at all was awesome. Typical car dealership with services and this has all that you would ever need for your car including detailed car wash services and an expensive detailing machine. The sales guys are the same as anywhere treating you nicely and trying to get you to buy on anything if you come in. They're passive aggressive in their tactics when you say you need to think or look around some more. I'm currently here now just wanting to get my options for trading in and I stated just that, I JUST WANTED TO GOOD Over MY OPTIONS. It's a week before Christmas and I've still got a bunch of shopping to do so putting $1000 down wasn't what I was intending to do. Nevertheless, the sales rep assisting me is really trying to get me to put down on a newer model and that waiting is a bad idea. So he insisted on going through the whole process: talking to his manager, checking credit, talking with the loan company. I'm obliging because it's the only way for me to see what my options are, aka they won't be accurate with what my options are if they don't think you'll bite.
The service men Mark & Tony are great. They all are but special shout out to these guys. The take care of me.
My car was cleaned and waxed. Looks very nice. The service man Ken was very polite and professional.
I didn't think buying a new car could be as easy and comfortable as it was with the people at Planet Toyota. Our sales rep was very easy to talk with and provided all the answers to our questions and, when necessary, verified our important issues with management. There were no surprises; we have a quality automobile through a quality transaction!
I only had my car washed, but they did a great job.
Ken was AMAZING! they were fast, courteous and accommodating to other Toyota store customers during the mechanics strike. I highly recommend Planet Toyota
We brought our van in for a recall fix. This was handled quickly. We brought the van home and noticed a new door ding/scratch on the drivers door. We brought it back to the dealership expecting a big fight, but, they were kind and understanding. They gave us a loaner van while our van was getting repaired and made sure we were happy with the repair when we came back to pick it up. I have dealt with many dealerships and do not have many positive things to say about them, but, I am very happy with my Toyota dealership. Accidents happen, I'm glad they stepped up and made it right. Thank you!
Was disappointed in a vehicle I was interested in. The red equinox looked good for a 2010 low miles body was clean. Only one problem when we went to check the oil the computer wasn't bolted down and was floped over. The older sales man was apologizing and wasn't trying to come up with excuses he was honest and said he didn't know why that was. He was understanding and tried helping us find something else but that was a concern. So I guess I can give a few stars for there salesman.
The service is always outstanding! Whenever I bring my car in they remember me by name greet me warmly and service my car quickly. The bald African American man in service (mark?) Should be commended for his excellent customer service skills.
Wonderful! The service department runs like a well-oiled machine. From start to finish, very professional and enjoyable.
Outstanding buying experience and no hassles. Phil Isaac who was my sales person was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that my wife and I was interested in and all finance options to procure my vehicle which is rare for car salesperson in this day and age. Also. The service team is great!
They ran my daughters credit history when she was purchasing a vehicle cash/check NO financing whatsoever. This is shady, I know for a fact matteson auto mall's employees are known for taking potential customers with good credit history and using their personal information to aid customers with poor credit history in getting a car. This is identity theft, and if my daughter becomes a victim I'm warning it won't be good for your business or employees. The law will be promptly involved, people, be skeptical when you go here and guard your personal data with your life.
Planet Toyota is remarkably different from other auto dealerships I have used in the past. The singular consistency of my receipt of concern, thoroughness, and integrity from most members of their team is utterly satisflying.
Great repair is sufficient; GRACIOUS repair-?
how does one respond to that "value added?"
Planet Toyota is spectacular!!!
First, let me just say that I'm NOT a customer. I've never been a customer. I've never even been within 50 miles of Planet Toyota. HOWEVERabout 8 years ago, someone gave my e-mail address to Planet Toyota, whether by mistake or not, I have no idea. I've sent an unsubscribe request EVERY time something comes through, I've even called the dealershiptwicethey don't care.
It may seem like a small thing, but I think it speaks to a general attitudethey don't care. I can say with complete certainty that if I were in the neighborhood, or even the same state, I would never choose to spend my money here. They don't care.
