Supremely genuine and friendly staff. Hayden kills it front-of-house. Folks out back have decorum and are totally honest and unpushy around product.

My NYC oasis - great coffee - nice clothes - splendid back courtyard. Simply marvellous!

Boyfriend loves the clothes here - laid back style but real good quality. I always order a coffee and sit in their garden. I also! Always bring visiting friends here for coffee, because it's such a perfect New York spot.

Great brand and shop, decent surf vibe. Be sure to grab a coffee at the coffee bar and sit outside in the patio.

Poor service and poor quality products. I was a customer for years and after my last experience dealing with them I will no longer shop here Unfortunately, the quality of their products and service is not what it used to be.

Had a "yard sale" where it became very apparent that the employees know very little about their product. To be fair they are no longer going to carry patagonia wetsuits, but each time I asked a question I got a different answer, which seemed ludicrous as I would about to drop money on surf gear/boards which they clearly needed. I wouldn't go back though the employees were nice, they didn't know much about the surf product, and that was what I was there for, as well as what they were advertising. The clothes were cute but very expensive, so I ended up just buying a few of the patagonia wertsuit pieces as the sale was unlike I've ever seen before on Patagonia Merch, but I wouldn't go back.

Shipped to home - ill-fitted. Tried to return in store and was denied. WTF? It's 2017!

Cool hidden coffeeshop inside of a surf store. One of my favorite spots to bring out of towners to escape the Broadway bustle. Don't miss the courtyard out back!

Espresso bar in the front, beautiful patio with plants and benches in the back. The wifi here is faster than at any cafe in the area. Outside-only seating makes it seasonal though :)
