The store has 2 levels with a very nice elevator. The first level has regular brand of converse with different sweaters and jackets. The second level is the customization studio where you can customize your converse with different fabrics, laces, studs, drawings and much more.

Asked for a mens sz. 11 Chuck boots. The young saleswomen scanned them and told me to wait, they'll be coming in a few minutes. After 15 minutes and no shoes yet, I asked again and she told me just wait a little more. I waited about 15 minutes more and still nothing. I got up and left, the store was not even crowded.

Nice shop with a wide selection of converse shoes and clothes. Staff is helpful. They have that system that they scan the show you want to have and order your size from downstairs. You have to wait a couple of minutes until your shoe gets ‘delivered’. They also offer a 10% student discount!

Everyone I spoke to was amazing there. It was super personal and everyone had an awesome personality and every question I had was answered promptly. Honestly the most amazing shoe shopping experience I've ever had. I will definitely be coming back here again!

Go downstairs, get a pair of custom shoes made. You won't regret it. The staff is so amazing. You won't even feel bad about paying retail ;-)

Good looking store with great selection and vibe, but the particular staff that was helping us really could'nt seem to care less. The other staff seemed very nice though.

The personnel was so kind to me. And their advice was in my best interest which I appreciate. They also offered me access to the restrooms but they weren't that clean I must admit.

Good service, selection, interesting place unlike a normal retail outlet. (Makes flagship worth it, unlike some places that have the save stuff you'd find elsewhere.)

Service here is a joke!!!!!!!! I've been to this store countless times and just decide to get my shoes elsewhere. People just don't care if you're a New Yorker. They want dumb turista with a giant list and no questions.my revenge? Try all models (even if they give me the face all the time) and buy online. Or find another brand of course! STAY AWAY!

The food here was easily some of the best I've had. I love Mexican cousine and this tops my list for that flavor. The guacamole is a special treat, with an interesting twist.
