Easy. Friendly. $10 a bag. Walk over 1 block West to Il Punto for a great lunch/dinner or 10 minutes East to Broadway/Times Square.

Seems pretty busy and there was a big queue when we dropped off our luggage. $10 per item per day which seems reasonable - would have preferred a half day price since we didn't need the whole day. They didn't take cards though so we had to use the ATM inside which charged.

Easy location close to Penn station and the Port Authority. Super friendly and helpful young lady who took great care of me. Having a few hours to kill being able to drop off my bags somewhere safe was huge. Would definitely use their service again!

Friendly, straightforward, safe, quick and simple. Visiting from far its hard to find a good place to store belongings especially in New York. Highly recommend!! Tip them as well, cheap to leave whole day they deserve extra love!

I had never used any service like this before and will definitely use this location again! The men at the counter dropping off and picking up were so kind and attentive. When I came rushing in, out of breath, late for my plane, not only did they offer me water, but they got my bag out fast. I was wary of course, since this was the first time using a drop off service like this, but this store prides itself on customer service and security. Also, the insurance backing it up doesn't hurt. Would definitely use again if I was on a long layover in town.

This place is great and exactly what you need! We had spent the weekend out on Long Island and then had about eight hours until our bus left and wanted to explore the city without having to carry Around a bunch of luggage. We were in and out within a minute and the staff was very nice. Just make sure to bring cash it is cash only. Very conveniently located next to the path bus terminal so you can easily pick up your luggage there and catch your bus afterwards.

Great place to leave your luggage for a few hours or the whole day! The prices were great and it was a quick in and out experience. Nothing fancy but they do what they advertise. I would definitely use them again!

I can't believe I'm leaving a review for a luggage storage place, but this place was fantastic. Specifically, the woman working the front was stellar. She gave great advice on what to see, knew the food, and was just fun to talk to. Also, I got my phone stolen before I could pick my luggage back up. She spent a half hour helping me figure out my way back to my room in Staten Island and all the options I had. I would be SOL without her help.
Aside from that, the business behaves as advertised, closes at 11pm, and $10 a day. All good.response / report this review -

Great, easy experience. Gave them our luggage, paid cash, came back later that day, got our luggage. Zero problems. It was easy to find because of the large Schwartz Luggage sign outside. Could not be happier. Weird how there aren't so many other luggage places with such agreeable hours nearby.
