First of all - this office is in a questionable location, very sketchy to me. Then alll they do is typing in your data in the application and give you the address of the Texas Global office at University of Texas campus-which you have to go the next day. $50 thrown away if I only knew I could go at the real location and apply there without having to go through all of that nonsense at this location. Just get there early and be patient, they take their sweet time too.

Owner is a scam artist. She charges 50$ money order so you can’t prove you paid her or get your money back. All she does is type your passport and send you to another location. This location is for UT students and they are first come first service starting as early as 5 am. When I reached out to her her said she would make me an appointment, never heard back from her when I asked her about the appt she was short and rude that’s the only option you amd appt are too far out to make you one. So I will be reporting her to BBB and attorney generals office. I had to cancel my trip I never got a passport, an appointment or a timely response but she sure got her 50$ money order

This is the second time I have been here. Cynthia was amazing. I was here almost 6 years ago for my self and this time for my child. She was honest and friendly. She told me I already had the necessary paperwork and she guided me on exactly what I needed to do next. I asked how much I owed her and because I had paperwork already completed She did not charge me me for giving information. I highly recommend her.

My husband and I highly recommend working with Sameday Passport & Visas. Cynthia did an amazing job helping us and is super friendly. Please be patient when you show up for your appointmentbecause of COVID, there can only be one employee in their small office so she has a lot to take care of. Our appointment was quick and easy, less than 45 min, and all of our needs were taken care of.

Zulema Briones was a really helpful she was able to explain to me a step-by-step of the process she was really nice I love her attitude and the way she help me and my passport was really fast thank you so much ..Zulema Briones helped me get my first time passport very quickly. Alex and his team at Same Day Passports provided exceptional service. I have never had a smoother or more efficient experience than I have when I let Same Day Passports process my travel documents to China. Alex in particular, was indispensable with his assistance by saving me time and coming to ShopLC, my place of employment, to collect all the necessary materials from me, and went beyond his responsibilities by taking my passport photo, per China visa requirements, while on site, a service that has never been offered to me previously by the other companies I've dealt with. I will definitely use them in my future endeavors and strongly recommend them to everyone!

Alex really saved my bacon. I realized that my son's passport was expired on Tuesday morning and we were to go on a much needed vacation on Friday evening. He was able to find me a spot if I could get all the official documents to him by 5 pm tues. I was in his office that afternoon and he was able to help me get all the paperwork together, give me tips on which places might have the shortest lines to get the documents officially sealed, and ALWAYS answered the phone when I called. After a long journey around downtown Austin and getting caught by a train, we were able to hand it off to Alex and get it processed. On Thurs. at 630 pm Alex called and let us know that our passport was processed and on it's way back, we had my son's passport in hand Sat 9 am, and were able to make our flight from San Antonio at 4pm that evening. Thanks Alex you're a lifesaver:)

Two weeks from traveling to Europe I discovered that my passport had expired the previous month. I found the Sameday Passport website, followed their directions, and brought my old passport, my filled out forms and my travel itinerary to their office on N. Lamar. They verified that all looked good, took an updated passport photo, and I left it in their hands. 5 business days later they called to tell me that my new passport was ready to be picked up.

I did note that their prices were a bit higher than what was posted on their website, and I hope they address that. Nonetheless, I couldn't be happier with their professionalism and service. Highly recommended!
