Dr. Akin & the staff are to be commended. Everyone from the front office staff to the nursing professionals are considerate, caring and obviously a cohesive group of people.
They always showed a concern for me and were very accommodating each time I visited.
Thank you, Dr. Akin & Staff for helping me treat my leg wound. I am very grateful.

I was referred to this clinic after being stung multiple times by a scorpion. The wounds were still looking pretty ugly after 6 weeks. However, the staff was nonplussed by their appearance and treated them in a friendly and efficient manner with minimal discomfort.

If i can give this wound care a facility a zero i would. These people have no idea what theyre doing my fiance was seeking wound care at this facility for 7+weeks for cut under his foot which got infected. They showed no urgency for his case or care for treating cut which eventually got infected. They packed a seeping wound, placed his foot in a hard cast as if you broke your leg which only made the infection worse and fester which lead his toe being amputated. These people are butchers! We have every intention of seeking a medical malpractice claim on this facility. Go to the ER directly if you have to. Do anything but go here. Youtube could probably better assist you than this place ever could.

They are CROOKS !! They bill through the Cedar Park Medical Center as if I was in the hospital. They billed my insurance and myself as if I had a complete new Outpatient Surgery every month for 8 months when all they did was change some bandages. Then they sued me to collect on their MEDICAL EXTORTION CHARGES, even after the Front Office Manager told me my Out-of-Pocket amount would only be about $50/month. I did give them 1 star because they did change my bandages. ANY FUTURE PATIENTS _ BE WARE !!
