Scheduled a cleaning to get my sectional cleaned, & the soonest was almost two weeks out at 10am. No problem! Took morning off of work to be there, day before they change it to 2-4pm. No problem I guess I will wait because I need this cleaning. They don’t show up until 6:30pm after calling countless times to ask for an ETA with a “we will call back to let you know” & not getting call backs. The gentleman walks in, takes pictures of fabric, then leaves quick & comes in & say they don’t clean this type of fabric even though it is stated online that they do. VERY UPSET at how I took a whole day off of work to wait around for them to show up (when I could have go in & worked a full day or even gotten errands done ) & then for them to say they can’t clean. Timing and effort was terrible, and this all could have been avoided if they simply asked what fabric my sectional is before even booking this appointment!!!!

I don't think my couches looked any different than it did before they were "cleaned." No response from company when I reached out. Would not recommend.

UPDATE: Kiwi reached out to me, apologized for the delay, and I have a second cleaning scheduled for next week. Will update this review again thereafter.

SECOND UPDATE: I have revised my review based on the follow up from Kiwi, including the second cleaning. My couches looked significantly better after this cleaning. Would have given five stars had this been the case after the first cleaning.

After several hours cleaningthere was no difference in my carpet. Waste of money.

Several weeks later after posting my review I get a email stating they would contact me about my review. Nope no contact. Again made a bad choice about this company and after $300+ spent on cleaning my carpets there is no visible difference. Save your money and go with someone elseanyone else.

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. They do not deserve the lowest 1 star rating. I scheduled to have my area rug and sectional carpet cleaned at least a month in advance. The carpet pickup rescheduled twice before they came to get it. Finally it was picked up, and after 5 weeks with no word from them, I finally called to see when I would be getting my rug back. After 3 attempts with customer service reps who couldn’t tell me where my rug was, someone finally gave me a date for 2 weeks later to receive my rug. They had my rug for a total of 7 weeks. Meanwhile, I had an appointment for this company to come clean my sectional couch. After they were over an hour late for their appointment, I called, and they said they wouldn’t be able to make it after I had this appointment scheduled for over a month! No phone call, no notice, no reason, just a no show. They asked if I wanted to reschedule, and I said absolutely not and requested my rug returned as soon as possible. We’ll, my rug was finally returned today, returned by a guy in an unmarked truck who hoisted it out of a crumpled up position, and it wasn’t even cleaned! It looks more dirty now than when they picked it up. There is brown around all of the edges, and there was literally a corn flake stuck to it! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Love their guarantee! My children think that carpets are just giant placemats, so having that ability to call in a cleaning without watching my bank account drain to nothing is a real plus.

Technicians are great! But the sales department isn’t as great. I was promised a window of arrival from 3-5, got my family taking out all the furniture out of the rooms before then so we could be ready. Technician did not arrive until 7:30 pm! Only reason I didn’t cancel and went with someone else was because I had nowhere to sleep! Since I had taken all the furniture out. I called the sales repeatedly and they just kept adding 30 min. By the time the technician arrived my husband had left for work and I had to do all the furniture moving by myself! They had promised 2 free rooms for the inconvenience but when the technician arrived he said he had no knowledge of this and charged me full price. I believe the sales personnel shouldn’t promise stuff that they cannot deliver. Starting with the estimated time of arrival.

Great service, quick and great job on the rugs. They smell fresh but not overwhelming or chemical-ly like some rug cleaners can make your house smell. Techs are always polite and on-time. With 3 kids and 2 dogs I am calling them more than the average person and I've been pleased every time.

My 3 year old couch was definitely in need of a good cleaning. So I Googled of course, and found Kiwi Services. Unbeknownst to me I hit the jack pot! The price was reasonable and customer service was very good. I had to run an errand so the Kiwi Rep. was met by my mother, np. I had returned in time to meet him and to see the great job he had done. My couch looked brand new! I was very impressed. He left me with details as far as how long it would take to dry. He was a very nice guy. I will be using Kiwi services again!

We have used Kiwi services in the past for some carpet repair. They we very professional from the get go. Abe came out and did a great job repairing the carpet and telling us about the other services that Kiwi provided. This company is top notch, everything from their customer service to the services they provide. I highly recommend them.

I am very impresses with the type of cleaning that Kiwi does. It dries fast and is non-toxic. I also appreciate the warranty and the 7 dollar per room cleanings for a year.

I had my carpet cleaned in the past and I have requested another cleaning , because the procedure works for me. The carpet looks great and it dried in a couple of hours just like I was told. The staff are great and you will get great service from the whole team. The also have an outstanding warranty and saving package for your next cleaning. Hope you enjoy your carpet as much as I do.

We are using KIWI for the 3rd or 4th time. As opposed to other service providers they will give us a quote without hidden fees & they make every effort to come at the time we need them. We also like that our carpet is not wet when they finish. The service satisfaction for a year is a unique perk we appreciate,

I have used Kiwi Services for many years between Austin and Atlanta. They work around my schedule. They take their time and make sure I am happy with the job before they leave. They are good about checking in with me from time to time to see if I need any work done. They also are good about reminding me that my year is about to expire which was the case this time so I got my last carpet cleaning in before the holidays. I highly recommend them.

The 1st time using Kiwi was so amazing that I have scheduled my second carpet cleaning with them. The customer service starts with that initial phone call and ends with the tech. I can confirm that the service provided from beginning to end is top notch! I am a realtor of 15+ years and it is very importing for me to find someone in the industry to provide the excellent service to me personally since I refer out these types of services to my clients. On a final note, as-side from the amazing customer service, the tech did an exceptional job cleaning the carpets and removing stains that I wouldn't have imagined could disappear. The workers are always prompt and courteous. The job is performed in a timely manner and always presented for inspection. I love the fact that the carpet isn't saturated and the fresh smell. The reward program is awesome. I use it frequently since I have high traffic with boys and pets. It makes it so much more affordable to get frequent cleanings.

I was, in the end, very very satisfied with the service I received. The crew had not covered all of the areas that I expected would be cleaned so I call the company back. They quickly sent out a new technician (Richard) who did a great job and I had him add on cleaning of the grout on my stone tiled floors in addition to the spot cleaning. He not only hit the spots that were missed, but found stains that were not properly treated and removed them. I found customer service to be very responsive and concerned with my satisfaction. i would have given them a full 5 stars if it were not for the fact that I had to have them come out twice. My carpet looks great and my house smells clean and not musty. Thank you Kiwi!
