I had the opportunity to work with Alex at J.West Jewelers. It was the best experience I've had dealing with a jeweler. She gave me personal attention and offered different options as I was choosing my purchase. Alex spent a considerable amount of time with me until I found the right ring; there was no rushing me. Most importantly, she wasnt pushy nor a high pressure sales person. It was an incredible experience that was provided from the beginning to the end. This place provides professional service to their prospective buyer. I will make my go to place for future purchases. Extremely impressed with the service and respect I received from Alex! Fabulous customer service, J. West Jewelers was able to provide exactly what I wanted even though I live in another state, shipped security. I have bought several items from them over the years, and everything is of the highest quality. Joe actually does a lot of custom work that is the best in Texas and beyond. I have even had some of my jewelry repaired, and the work was superb. J. WEST Jewelers was my jeweler when I lived in Texas and continues to be today even though I live on the east coast now. I highly recommend J. WEST Jewelers for all jewelery needs or desires.

I went into the store to buy a replacement band for my grandfather’s omega that hadn’t been worn in over 20 years and Alex was very professional, very nice and answered all my questions. I also felt very good about my Choice with her help and I wore it out I loved it so much! I highly recommend this business that’s been a local business for 20 years! Great job Alex!

Beautiful custom necklace!! It turned out better than I expected! Kelli helped me design a bar necklace with diamonds I had from a wedding band. She explained the process and followed up with every step. I have also taken my wedding ring in to be inspected and cleaned and had a great experience with that as well. This is a family-owned, local business that takes pride in their work and has the best customer service. I highly recommend J. West Jewelers. Thank you!

Finding a business to properly identification engrave a 1911 slide and/or frame turns out to be more difficult than one would imagine. Typically, the engraving is too shallow (then covered completely by coating), in the wrong font, or in the wrong place. I met Joseph at a gun show a couple of years ago and discussed this c him.he assured me that his people could deliver exactly what I was after and guess what? They absolutely did. Thus far I've used their services three times; on the last two, Cassie listened carefully, sent me proofs before doing the job(s), and did it to perfection. The first job they did for me was very tricky, in that it involved a Drake national match numbered slide that suffered from light strikes on the numbers when it was made; they filled it in expertly and then re-engraved it.again, to perfection. These folks know what they're doing, they deliver as promised, and the prices are very fair to boot. Long drive from Salado, but I wouldn't go any other place. Even if it was next door. This is the place to get it done right the first time.

The owners are great, down to earth people who have fantastic customer service. The employees at j west are always super helpful as well! Thank y'all for being great!

I trust J West with my wife's heart. Joe and Kelli and their staff have come through for me more than once. I have trusted them with my wife's engagement ring and later our wedding bands and later still a beautiful pair of custom earring jackets. All were purchased sight unseen from many states away over the course of several years. They all turned out magnificent and according to my wife she gets compliments on her ring all the time. This after sporting it for four years now. I have never, for a second, felt that J West Jewelers would do me wrong. Believe me. Real name. Real customer.
