My fiancee wanted a fancy Tiffany ring that was beyond my budget. Clay Copeland came to my rescue, offering to make the same ring, using the same size and grade of diamonds, at a non-Tiffany price. It came out beautiful; my wife is happy and so am I. Since then, we've returned for other matters, and we've always enjoyed top-quality service, honest assessments and appraisals, and positive experiences. Everybody in the shop is first-rate, as is their merchandise.

Absolutely perfect experience with Copeland! An online design I liked from a NY jeweler was sold out. A friend recommended Copeland. Clay and the other employees were a dream to work with. Clay Copeland and his crew are awesome. I've been doing business with them going on 10 years now. Always super helpful, very patient with questions, very creative, and truly care about their customers. And, they're always wiling to clean your jewelry or re-size a watchband. You feel like you're part of the family, not just a customer walking through the door. They have a very diverse selection of jewelry, top dollar to very affordable pieces. They also deal in estate/vintage jewelry, which is always really cool took through. A very nice watch selection as well. For very personal jewelry service, stop by Copeland's.

A friend was looking for a custom diamond engagement ring and asked me about the best local jewelry stores in Austin. I immediately recommended Copeland Jewelers. He got a beautiful and unique jewelry design -- which used both diamonds and sapphires, and also very knowledgeable consulting and service. Happy to recommend these folks, who've been in Austin 30+ years. This is a very fine jewelry store without the snooty attitude!

I am a vendor and consign vintage Native American jewelry to Clay Copeland. I have been in the business since 1972. When I say Clay and his family of employees are genuine I cannot emphasize it enough. The business is informed, honest and can be trusted. In this day and age it is a rarity that you can literally do business with their word and a hand shake.

I want to extend a HUGE thank you to Copeland Jewelers! I just moved from the midwest and was looking for somewhere to get some Austin jewelry to send back home as cool gifts. They had these neat little guitar picks made by the guy who owns the place (I think they also might be golf ball markers?) I was surprised that after looking through many jewelry stores, Austin themed presents were actually hard to find. Great job Copeland's! You'll definitely see me again. Plus, their vintage collections are to die for!

Gotta say I love what these folks do! You wouldn't expect a jewelry stores Austin to be involved with much beyond fashion, but they are involved with Barks for Beers (which is by Divine Canines) which is a really fabulous organization providing therapy dogs. They even had this little diamond bone necklace when I went in and it was adorable.

This place is super neat! I have never been one for jewelry but decided once my grandmother died that I wanted to get necklace made using some of her old jewelry so I could carry a piece of her with me at all times. (I know a lot of people get commemorative tattoos, but that is NOT me, so this was a great alternative!) I looked for jewelry stores Austin and beyond but lots of people were kind of snobby. This one was really nice and the people were actually friendly and worked with me for exactly what I was going for. Super happy!

I came across Copeland Jewelers while looking for an Austin custom jewelry designer to re-create my grandmothers wedding ring for my wedding. I spoke with the owner (named Clay, and his wife also works at the store, named Debra) about what I wanted and told him I only had a photo to go by. He was absolutely fabulous. When it comes to jewelry stores Austin has no shortage of choices, but when you're searching for someone to do something like a wedding, not just any Austin jewelry designer can do what you need.
I was so lucky to find Clay and Copeland Jewelers, as he was able to make my replica wedding ring to my exact specifications, even only using my descriptions and the photo. He worked with me through every step of the process, and had everything done well before I needed it, which made me stress about the wedding! I am giving this place two thumbs up as one of the best jewelry stores Austin can claim as it's own!
