Great bar staff. We could not hear the Hostess podium call names for dining room seating, even though we were 10 feet away in the bar and they could see us. Party of 2. Extremely cramped seating. We were there 89 minutes, told wait was 45 min for a table. Gave up and left after drinks & appetizers.

The coconut shrimp appetizer was delicious but the rest of my meal was sub-par. I had the salmon Oscar and both the salmon and the crab was over-cooked and rubbery. I have never sent food back to the kitchen but I asked if they could heat my baked potato up so that the butter would at least melt. They sent me back a new one that was slightly warmer than my first one. Not one of my better dining experiences.

11/23/17 - Ordered two 20oz Prime Rib dinners @6:36pm didn't get our food until 7:40. The meat was hot and Fresh but all the sides and the kids meal had been microwaved back to hot. The waiter did his best but once the check came no attempt had been made to compensate for an hours wait for food, just a full charge and expected Tip. $90 meal with worst service then Carl's Jr. I will never going back.
If you want great food and service I'll keep driving to GoodWood BBQ in Draper as I have been for the last 4yrs. Too bad.

This was our first trip to Ruby River, and it was absolutely amazing! The steak and ribs were really good! And the waitress was so friendly and awesome! We will definitely be going back!

My favorite Local steakhouse. Absolutely love their porterhouse steak with a side of coconut shrimp. The blooming onion is also a hit for our family. You have to try the raspberry butter on their bread.

The decor hasn't changed in decades, neither has the menu. The steaks are okay, but over seasoned. They don't do anything to attract a younger crowd so their customers will eventually be gone. We are in our 40's and felt pretty young.

Best appetizer was Steak and Avocado Eggrolls, with butter tender meat and yummy cilantro ranch. Super tender steak. Giant baked and deep-fried potato. Ribs with tons of meat that won't stay on the bone when I cut it or pick it up. Flavored lemonades with real fruit.

One of my favorite places to eat! I highly recommend the top sirloin steak, the sauteed mushrooms, and the jacketed baked potatoes. The house salad is always good too. One of the best strawberry lemonades I've ever had. We often go here for anniversaries and birthdays.

My favorite restaurant ever. If you haven't tried their amazing blue cheese, cinnamon yam or artichoke dip..this is the place to splurge. The river tea never disappoints.
Check out these beautiful steaks, rib eye and prime rib. This place really knows how to do it.

Great lunch meeting location. The selection was broad and there were very few people so it was quiet. I had a bacon wrapped sirloin and it was incredible. Very tender and flavorful. My client had The french dip sandwich and he was also very pleased. The service was friendly and on point. I'll certainly visit this location in the future.
