I order from Rosemont Florist whenever possible. The arrangements are fresh, long lasting, gorgeous. The customer service exceeds any florist I have ever worked with. I have always gotten more than I expected for what I have paid. I have been the recipient of many beautiful arrangements from them also and I look forward to Rosemont Florist doing my wedding in July!!!

Ordered flowers for home delivery to a friend and advised Rosemont that they could leave them outside if necessary. The evening of the delivery they called and expressed concern that the weather was cold and that the flowers might perish. I provided them with the name of the recipient, they called and arranged to deliver the flowers early the following morning. This was extraordinary thoughtful and kind customer services. Order your flowers from Rosemont Florist!

Wow not very impressed with Rosemont Florist.

I ordered the Sheer Delight Bouquet - Deluxe for my wife for our anniversary and what arrived was nowhere close to what was expected based on the description / pictures on-line.

First off the vase was supposed to be mercury glass. The vase was cheap, chromed plastic. Are you kidding me?

The the flowers themselves - the color of the roses and carnations as presented were a lavender / soft purple color. I searched and specifically chose this arrangement based on the color. What arrived was normal, standard pink.

And as far as it being the deluxe version - it was barely the standard version based on how many flowers were in the arrangement.

You guys have lost my business

Purchased flowers for a very special young lady and had them delivered the same day. She loved them (as did her coworkers)! Two days later she states they're still blooming and that they smell as good as they look.

As she works in the same building, she states she's heard nothing but great things about the florist's arrangements. Plenty of beautiful options available online and easy to order.

It's hidden in an office complex, and I still haven't figured out the quickest way to get in and get out, but I love this place. The offerings are fantastic and the flowers last forever, it seems. As I type this, I have flowers from a bouquet I bought over two weeks ago still looking good in a vase.

Ordered a three dozen rose bouquet for my wife from Rosemont Florist, which cost $227. Was told they would be delivered by 10:00 AM, but they did not arrive until 12:30 PM, which wasn't that big of a deal. Having ordered from florists enough times to know that delivery times are usually speculative, that is not the source of my dissatisfaction.

I wish I could post a picture here of the pathetic bouquet that was delivered. The roses were fully bloomed and beginning to wilt. In addition to the roses there were just a few, what looked like ferns, in the vase below them. No Baby's Breath or any other accent plants. It was just a disheveled mess.

Not only do I feel it was a complete waste of money, Rosemont Florist ruined what could have been something very special for my wife. I will never use this junk florist again and recommend others look elsewhere.

Put it this way, I could have gotten a bouquet that was twice as nice for much less at Jewel. That pretty much sums up the complete lack of quality of Rosemont Florist.
