They got my order wrong again in drive through, that's twice in a row now. Ugh decent food but terrible service always

For the price it is good. Tacos ca be soggy sometimes. I eat breakfast here a lot and think the Mugas plate is a great value! My issue is they are not good at keeping coffee made. They are always out of coffee and you have to tell them and wait. Both I 35 at 114 and the one in Highland Village. I may just start bringing my own.

I ordered the soft chicken taco dinner plate and was originally quite excited. I had been here once before, but it was a long time ago and I had forgotten about my experience. My soft tacos were individually wrapped, and by the time they got to me they were already getting soggy. The first taco was mediocre, wet tortillas aren't my thing. Second taco was just bad. I ended up emptying the contents of my tacos on my plate so I could eat what I could without getting grossed out by soggy tortillas. The service was bland. The salsa bar was cool. Tortillas were ok. Chicken tamales were decent, but not enough to give me a reason to go back.

Didn't get what I ordered. But what ever it as I tried.it was just pork meat boil in salty water.went back and I was not even offered a refund.just that they will replace the meal for something different.I just left the garbage that I couldn't eat and went home.I lost $14.00 dollars.they don't care.they think we are lucky to have a Mexican restaurant in flower mound. Do go there.food is nasty

We have been Rosa's biggest fans for 4 years but something major has changed in the last several months and it is not good.
We usually order the beef and chicken fajitas, or the Carbon plates.
Doesn't matter what plate we order the chicken and the beef don't taste as good taste. There is a large amount of gristle in both and very little vegetables at all. Today the Fajita order had one small slice of onion and one slice of bell pepper and the chicken was small pieces not consistent with Fajita meat. It is not put together very well and the packing is different. Instead of a separate container for the fajita set up, they just throw it in with the meat and it's all soggy.
Sunday three weeks ago we went through the drive through at 5:00 and they were completely out of Beef and the wait was 30 minutes. We just left and went somewhere else. There is clearly a huge change going on in this great restaurant that has been so consistent from the start. Just real disappointed and sorry to see this happen to a once very consistent and great place to eat.response / report this review -

Good so long as you go in understanding it's going to be Quick Service food. Think a few steps up from Taco Cabana, but not quite at the level of a Table Service restaurant. That said, it's typically a good "fast food" stop for me

Not a fan. Food was not great and service is lacking. They failed to tell us there was a serve yourself salsa bar. It looked messy, so we might have skipped it, but it should have been mentioned. We did tell them we had never been there before.
I have to eat gluten free. The cashier asked the assistant manager for help on deciphering what is safe for me to eat. She rolled her eyes and suggested a salad, before walking away. The manager came up and printed off lists of ingredients on cash register tape. We settled on something I could eat and then it came out with the condiments in flour tortilla bowls. Nope not safe for gluten free. I won't be going back.response / report this review -
