We went for a second time and it was awesome. Had the antipasto which the best one I had and the pizza was the best. I’ve had pizza in Naples and believe it’s just like being there. Service was impeccable. Keep up the great job and continued success.

Phenomenal food and great atmospere. The menu is delicious and like nothing else in the city. Staff have great attention to detail. It is also kid friendly without being distracting or childish in any way.

Absolutely one of the best pizza places I have been to! I live in Austin and frequent SA and I have to say that I love coming here. The food is great and the employees are very friendly

This place came highly recommended but was completely disappointing. The staff was great! Friendly and charming. However, the pizza is not worth paying $15 for a small size. Very bland and boring. They only gave four small pieces of bread for the appetizer, and the salt content was extreme.
I've received better pizza at half the cost.
Their beer selection is minimal and the prices for them are pretty extreme for regular beers. For only six beers, two of the kegs were tapped. I also had to wait 15 minutes for my waiter to walk five feet to get my beer.
I loved the vibe and your people, Dough, but I'm sad to say I won't be rushing back.

They mostly have pizza here, kind of fancy pizza, not the kind of place I would normally go to. The pizza looks pretty.

I prefer a Dominoes pizza but women would prefer Dough. A great place for a guy to bring a date, especially a high maintenance date.

If you are a man that isn't one of those vegan, weak, wimpy, manicured, politically-correct guys you won't appreciate this pizza joint. I prefer a Dominoes pizza with lots of meat, no vegetables, on my pizza, eating with a low maintenance woman.

I went here for a first date and it was great! The atmosphere was really welcoming, the food was delicious, and the waiter gave a great wine recommendation! Definitely see myself returning in the future for more amazing pizza.

Excellent, Neapolitan style pizza. Fantastic ingredients expertly put together. The antipasto plate is superb with meats, cheeses, peppers, and more! Not cheap, but authentic and worth return visits.

I ate here last night after reading some of the reviews and taking a look at the Diners Drivins and Dives recommendation. As far as the pizza was concerned, it was IMO just so-so. I have eaten at a lot of artisan pizza places and this one was near the bottom of the stack in terms of quality and overall taste. What really blew me away was the overall cost of my meal. For a pizza, a small salad and 2 beers, my bill came to $50 bucks!!! That's for one person! Granted, the 2 beers were $10 bucks a piece, which is already overpriced for even a good quality craft beer. However, when you factor in the lack of quality and taste in the pizza, which essentially renders that overpriced as well, you have a terrible combination. I have eaten in some high quality steak restaurants and paid less for a meal. I have also eaten pizza in several places throughout Tuscany, Rome, and a few other places in Italy which is about as authentic as you can get, and prices were never like this. Come back down to earth Dough. Your product is not nearly as lofty as your pie in the sky prices.

The antipasto is exceptional with varied and complementary flavors. All ingredients on the pizza were fresh and yummy. The bartenders are friendly as was the waiter who knew what he was serving.
Excellent foodie experience in San Antonio. One of our favorite Italian fare on our multi- month cross country road trip!

Super disappointed. Had this place on my list to go to for a long time. Headed over on Father's Day. Staff was nice but.place was dark. Food is overpriced. Theyre trying to be "fancy or upscale" yet the pizza fell flat on flavor. Skimpy toppings and tasted like a dirty brick oven. I love the char taste of brick oven pizza but this tasted rancid.
Sadly this will be my one and only visit to this place. Rather not pay inflated prices for sub par food. :(

Everything about this pizza is amazing. You can taste the expert care put into every slice. Their fresh ingredients will have you loving every bite, no matter your selection. Deliciousness is inherent from their basic offerings to their more unique recipes. Wash your pizza down with a handcrafted Italian soda for added flavor.

Love this place! I visit whenever I'm in town. The pizza is crunchy and chewy to the perfect degree, the sauce is slightly tangy, and the cheese is made on site. The menu is inventive and interesting, always a unique pizza with unexpected topping combinations.

Food was good but service from the "food runner", not server, was terrible. He just flicked our appetizer and pizza down on the table and slid it over to us. He didn't say a word and walked off. Manager offered to make it up to us, but I'm not sure I'll go back there. One shot to make an impression and they (specifically the food runner) messed up.

The boyfriend took me here on Friday to meet up with some friends for dinner. I highly recommend this place to people who enjoy great quality product. I was so impressed; the tasty of the dough and sauce had me scarfing down my two slices. The people there working were so friendly. We will definitely be back and recommending this place to our friends.

Costa Brava provides a reliably excellent experience. The service is attentive but not overbearing. The atmosphere is intimate. The manager and master chef visit and ensure all is well. The food is interesting and delicious. What could be better? Because the venue is small and intimate, a loud group can dominate the scene. But this little neighborhood gem is always worth a visit.
