The location is very Central to the attractions of the area and very easy to find. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. The pullout couch was horrific and so very uncomfortable, I would highly suggest that you sleep on the floor instead. Also, there are two live swans who were raised in the hotel and know nothing else, which struck me as an extremely sad life for two beautiful birds. On the plus side, they had orange water and apple cider with real cinnamon sticks as you walked in which I thought was a good touch. Front Desk employees were hit or miss - some very polite and some very rude. There is an indoor pool and a gym. Basically, I wouldn't stay here again but if you can overlook or avoid these issues you're probably good to go!
Great place to stay. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was always good. I ate an omelet every day. The rooms were clean and up to date. Beds were great. The owner must have an obsession with swans. There were real swans in the common area and swan decor everywhere you look but it wasn't necessarily a bad thing.
We had some troubles with the AC, as we do with every Embassy Suites we've ever been to in the US. Other than that, everything was pretty good. I do really like everything about this location other than the fact their ACs won't cool the rooms below 75. (Yes, you can bump it down as far as you like, cold air will come out, but the room does not cool off at all. It's like it's all being circulated back out somewhere).
The bartender is great, the breakfast is delicious, and the swans are adorable!
The bartender needs major help for being in a nice place he sure is an ass that is the only way to explain it. All the people in the seating area talk about him now for the third night in a row kinda funny. The breakfast is lacking compared to other embassy suits best to get up in the morning and go to McDonald's the food is better.
Wonderful stay. Rooms are a little outdated but clean and you can see comfort is one of their top priorities. We did not lack comfort and hospitality. Would not hesitate to come back. Made to order breakfast by Chef Humberto, was magnificent. He was the only Chef to saute the vegetables to softness not crunchy. Other Chef this morning was trying to go too fast. Not very personable like Chef Humberto. Embassy, you have a top notch Chef Humberto. We were very impressed. Thank you for your hospitality.
From Michigan here on a business trip.
Great location; in the Galleria area, close to the North Dallas Tollway & the 635. The front desk and guest services were really good. Rooms are spacious but you don't expect less from Embassy Suites.
Breakfast is great, both a hot and cold breakfast. The public restrooms are very clean and the place is just nice. There are swans swimming in the common area pool, a nice touch.
The Embassy Suites location is situated less than a mile from the Galleria mall. The property is well maintained and the staff is friendly and cordial. The rooms are spacious with a separate bedroom area and living room area. The complimentary made to order breakfast was filling. There was a great selection to chose from at breakfast. Overall, I would select this hotel again while staying in Dallas.
The hotel experience was great! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a hotel off the toll way and close to the galleria. The breakfast was delicous and the rooms are clean and comfy. They have coffee and fountain drinks and they can provide you ice if you bring drinks from elsewhere. There is an indoor pool which is pretty small and it's 4ft and they also have a hot tub which we enjoyed very much! This hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Five Stars!!
Staff is excellent. From checking in to breakfast the next morning, everyone was very sweet. I had a baby and the breakfast staff helped me with needing extra hands to grab everything from a highchair to coffee and silverware. Would recommend based on staff alone. Room was as expected. I wish the AC could blow a bit cooler (had it set to 60 the entire time) but we bought a box fan at the convenience store next door and it was more than perfect sleeping conditions (the white noise was a benefit for me!)
Excellent service. The Front Office Agent who checked me in was excellent. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Very professional and hospitable. I highly recommend staying at this property.
I rate the hotel 10 out of 10. Job well done.

Here for training, convenient & safe location with free shuttle service. Another perk is the complimentary nightly happy hour with drinks and food. They even have geese in the lobby which is an open atrium!
We went to meet family in the restaurant at the hotel. Our waiter, Arturo, was very efficient and attentive. Food was pretty good and the drinks were excellent. Beautiful location with a very impressive lobby (live swans!). From what I saw I would definitely recommend.
This is one of the best airport, meeting hotels in the US. The service is outstanding. The rooms, while not new, are in excellent condition, spotlessly clean, comfortable and relaxing. The airport (runway) views are great. Unfortunately, I will never stay at this hotel again. I am resigning my long-term, Diamond relationship with Hyatt, as the new frequent traveler program is a joke. I have transferred all my reservations to Ritz Carlton and will only be staying at Marriott properties in the future. I will miss staying at this property, which was ideal for business meetings with people flying into the hotel from the east and west.
