Their customer service is great! The store manager is very laid back and you would think is was just a regular sales person. He assisted me with all of my back and fourth and being very indecisive on what I wanted. I didn't know he was the store manager until it was time for me to check. I bought a bed from them in December and both the matching dresser and another bed room set about two weeks ago. I feel will do a review when things are wrong so I feel they deserved a review when things are great!

I bought a dresser from them a few months ago and customer service was excellent. Last week I saw six individual chairs that I wanted to get but I was headed out of town. I returned today to find them put together as a set for two tables that don't match size or color wise of the chairs. When I asked the sales woman Charlie if I could just buy the chairs she told me No but she could look to see if a different store had the chairs. I said okay, and then she walked away and went back to the sales perching station at entrance of the store. Rude. And when I asked someone else about why I couldn't buy the 6 chairs since they don't match ANYTHING.. they tried to refer me back to Charlie.. a sale is a sale in my book and apparently no one wanted to make the sale this afternoon. I hope this store isn't holding out for people to come with there income money to buy mix matched furniture pieces.

I LOVE MY PURCHASE AND THE SALESMAN WAS VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY HIS NAME WAS MICHEAL! HOWEVER THE LADY AT THE REGISTER WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONALWHILE I PAID FOR MY ITEM. EVEN WHEN MY HUSBAND RETURNED LATER THAT DAY TO RETRIEVE THE FURNITURE I HAD PURCHASED EARLIER SHE WAS ALSO RUDE TO HIM!

I'm rating a 5 due to EXCELLENT customer service given by Jay this morning. It started out very disappointing when yesterday we arrived to purchase a chair and was told by another employee (gentleman with glasses and green eyes and extremely rude) gave us wrong information regarding a sale and availability. We were told to come back today as soon as the store opens and we'd get the chair for $99. NOT THE CASE!!!!! Jay got the brunt of our anger; however he NEVER got upset. Jay kept calm, spoke with his manager regarding the poor customer service of the other employee and we were honored the sale! Thank you soooooo much Jay and manager for turning the situation around for the best. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
