The rooms are big and comfortable. They were jetted tub in my room, which is a plus (noted that all rooms don't have that though). The bed was warm, they are fixed very neatly. Front Desk Staff was excellent, while friendly and professional. The General Manager: King came by and greeted all guest during breakfast, which was very nice touch. I would stay here again, if I find myself returning to Atlanta; "Highly Recommended".
Scary location, looked fine when I arrived at night, but there were people loitering around the area during the daytime. Someone came in to the hotel while I was checking out and demanded to speak to one of the employees. He began yelling and threatening her and demanded they "take it outside" so she didn't lose her job. It was at this point I realized the hotel had bullet proof window by the front door to use at night. I've lived in some pretty sketchy metropolitan areas and this hotel was very frightening. People were roaming the halls at night yelling. The room itself was terrible, bed uncomfortable, king size bed equipped with 4 pillows that were half the standard size and looked like someone had stuffed a bag of poly-fil into an empty pillow case. Overall, the worst business hotel stay I've had in years and the only one that made me worry I was going to get shot.
Nice large rooms. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast. Excellent customer service. My family stayed here for the thanksgiving week. They loved it.
This hotel isn't a four star hotel, but it is what it is: an older hotel with basic amenities. The room was clean and newly renovated. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. And free WiFi which is more than I can say about the top brand, higher prices hotel at which I had stayed the night before. I wouldn't necessarily choose this hotel, but didn't mind staying here after being put up here by Delta. Very pleasant experience overall.
This is a average hotel but near the airport. They have a full breakfast that is complimentary. Our issue was that we requested that housekeeping not clean our room but to clean the bathroom and replace the towels. After our third requested went unanswered, we ended up going to the store and purchasing supplies and cleaning the bathroom ourselves. They did give us fresh towels.
I stayed at this location for a weekend with my husband and 2 small children to visit the Georgia aquarium. We stayed in a king sized bed suite the room was nice and clean and room for the price. The staff was more than accommodating we needed extra towels and toiletries and they didn't hesitate to assist us I can not compliment the front desk staff enough all of them I encountered were friendly. The pool and hot tub was also very clean and user friendly. The breakfast was quite satisfying. It consisted of fresh bacon, sausage, eggs, croissants, biscuits and muffins! They also had cereal, grits, and oatmeal packages, A waffle maker, fresh fruit topping, yogurt, and fresh fruit! The breakfast attendant kept the food well stocked with fresh food until the end of breakfast. My only recommendation would be for more parking as after returning a little late from a trip to a near by city there was practically no where to park within the hotels parking lot still this is not a deal breaker for me! All in all My family and I will be returning to this Best Western in our future visits to Atlanta!!
Front desk staff on checking in late on a Sunday night was awesome. Rooms are nice and comfortable beds. We had double bed suite with sitting area and kitchenette and dining area. Easily would hold 4 adults! May not be sleek and modern but was clean. Breakfast buffet though typical (eggs, waffle machine, cereal,) was above average (croissant, fruit toppings, great fresh bacon). Would come here or any BW Plus in a heartbeat
After missing my connection in Atlanta airport I was given a voucher to stay the night at Best Western. I caught the hotel shuttle right outside, the driver was super nice and took us to the hotel which was really close to the airport. I got my room quickly and easily, and enjoyed my night with a comfortable bed, nice cold AC, and a very spacious room with a mini fridge! Great free buffet breakfast in the morning and another quick shuttle ride to the airport. Great experience!
If I could give anything lower than a one star I would roaches were crawling on the bed ladybugs on the wall. This has been the worse hotel experience ever. Cleanliness are not their strong suits
Great hotel! Very comfortable, friendly staff, rooms were very clean. Would definitely stay here again.
While this hotel was convenient for an early morning flight the out of ATL, we will choose another property next time. This hotel was dated. The room needs to be completely renovated. It smelled of old smoke. The refrigerator and microwave did not work. They provided 2 small, rough towels, which showed lots of wear. We requested extra pillows when reserving the room, but did not receive those. The bed was uncomfortable.
The staff was friendly, and worked well with my late arrival and having lots of people sent by the airline. The room was nice. The vending machines didn't have a lot of selection, in my opinion, and there weren't a lot of food options within walking distance open late, but it was perfectly fine for the circumstances I was in.
I recently stayed at one of your hotels located at 1556 Phoenix Blvd, College Park GA 30349 room #300 I advised the front desk that the air conditioner was not blowing correctly. The night shift rep advised me around 9:46pm on 3/4/2017 that he would get it fixed. We contact them around 11:15pm again wondering when they would come because the ac was blowing cold air.
The worker at the time which all I know is his first name "Ray" his description is about 5'6 with his hair half blonde in the middle and black.. After speaking to him in the lobby about how we were treated and all we were asking was for him to understand the frustration of being in a very clod room when the weather outside is 40 degrees.
He then became upset and told us we had to leave the hotel, he persisted to contact his manager and at witch time she called the room to ask if we were moving room. We then advised her that we were told to leave the hotel at 11:52pm close to midnight on 3/4/2015.
My stay at this hotel was 100% unsatisfactory and it was unnecessary and cruel to kick a guest out of the hotel in the middle of the night. He advised us that we will not be charged for the night and we also never received a receipt from him stating that we are checked out.
