Went during a time of major renovations being done to the hotel therefore unable to speak on anything but the dust, noise and overall mess. The service was pretty good, but considering this is a Hilton property, proper notification of such intense construction should be been notified but it wasn't. Very disappointed.

Got to the hotel and noticed
they were under construction. I spoke to a representative before arriving but was never told that they were renovating. Had I have known me and my family would've went elsewhere. I'm almost scared to even eat breakfast especially while being pregnant with all of the dust and etc in the air. I love Embassy but I think they should've let us know before purchasing a suite that they were indeed renovating the property before we had to travel hundreds of miles to get here and notice it ourselves. 😕

Its under construction, be prepared. Its not noisy though. There is a gym across the street you can use with your room key. My phone & AC didn't work in my room. The happy hour is great! Breakfast is great too. Staff was friendly.

I enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was really good and had lots of selections. I do wish there were more tables available. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. The building is well kept and the room was clean. It was totally worth the money! We will be back.

Nice place, currently under construction. 5th floor "premium room" had old thermostat with a scale from high to low on the temperature no numbers and a choice of heat off or cool, no auto. Free breakfast was pretty good (I chose fresh made omelettes each morning) & the other guests seemed to like the free selection of alcoholic drinks from 5:30-7:30 each night. Staff was friendly & offered to bring me bottles of water when construction cut the water lines. The hotel offers transportation within a 5 might radius of which I did not take advantage.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!! THIS HOTEL HAS BED BUGS!!!!!!!!! This is by far the most horrible hotel in Alpharetta, GA. When I entered my original hotel room the tv was on, unfinished food was left on the table, and the sheets looked horrific. The manager then placed me in another room that just so happened to be infested with bed bugs (which they tried to pass off as ants, I've never heard of ants disappearing in the morning.) Me and my family (including my 2 year old daughter) awoke to find little red bites all over our bodies. Management (Trish Smith) attempted to resolve the situation by offering to place us in the room directly beside the room with the bed bugs (of course we did not want to stay right next to the room that has bed bugs.) I asked if it would be possible to switch to another hotel (because I did not want to risk being attacked by these bugs another night) and was rudely informed that I would not be able to even after being told that I could from the corporate office. Our family vacation was almost ruined due to this experience. Luckily for us the Marriott downtown was very sympathetic after we explained the situation to them and they happily steam cleaned all of our items for free and gave us a discount on our rooms. Needless to say I will never stay in that hotel again and I would encourage anyone that cares about their health and well being to do the same. The Marriott is $25 more but it's definitely worth every penny.

We were trying to decide between the Hyatt and Embassy, and chose the Embassy expecting a higher level of service Big mistake. First thing, the door was broken and we were going right to a concert so did not have time to ask to change rooms. We ordered a room service pizza that was not even fully cooked with cheese that wasn't melted. We get back from the concert and tell the front desk that our door was broken, and they don't offer to move us. We are Hilton honors members, and the front desk employee would not even give us the complimentary water that is supposed to be included for honors members. All in all, terrible service. Oh and they no longer do the complimentary shuttle although it still says so on the website. Save yourself the trouble and book with Hyatt or any other hotel for that matter.

The room itself was wonderful. We opted for the premium room which was huge, and came fully stocked with snacks, waters, and sodas. The hotel was a little muggy, but once we got into the room the temperature was perfect. The customer service was fantastic. Thanks Tish for the great complementary shuttle ride to dinner. The best part was a tie between the custom omelettes and extensive breakfast bar and the checkout time of 12pm. Can't wait to come back!

Hotel is being redone right now. We have an older room but it's not bad. Clean and we'll set up. Beds are super soft though.

Nice bar and grill downstairs. Free drinks!

Haven't had the breakfast yet, but it sounds awesome.

Very clean rooms and the service was good. Free drinks and snacks from 5-7 for guests. I ordered chicken fingers from the room service menu. They were very tasty. First time at an Embassy Suite, but i like the separation of the bedroom and living room space.

We absolutely love it here. Breakfast is complimentary and includes everything under the sun. The rooms are clean the staff is friendly. The indoor pool makes for hours of fun for the family. The exercise room comes with many modern treadmill and elliptical machines and is kept meticulously clean. I won't stay anywhere else.

Based off the reviews, it seems this hotel has been hit or miss. My stay was just fine. Easy check in and check out via the app, and they offer a digital key so you can unlock your door with your phone. It was a cinch and I didn't have to worry about my key not working and trekking back to the desk. You do have to have the Hilton app and an account in order to use it.

Our company had our holiday Christmas party at Embassy Suites. The service seemed okay and the food was good. The space was decent but not the most luxurious looking. The staff seemed like they were ready for us to leave and that came through in service. Overall a decent experience but definitely has areas that need improvement

Classic Embassy Suites. Best attribute is the breakfast staff. All take pride in their work and very personable with guests. Facility is up to date. Slightly larger than average pool. Primary area that needs work: elevators (which need substantial work or upgraded). With the stay and competitively priced relative to the other options in the area.
