It wasn't bad. Bed was comfy and room quiet. Real easy access the rental car facility which is a plus!

Stayed overnight here for it's location to the Airport. After a Residence Inn stay in Macon GA for 5 nights this hotel was very inviting and welcomed. The Lobby has been renovated as well as some of the rooms. The one I stayed in "127" clearly had a newer mattress and sofa. :) Nice staff and the bistro meets most frequent travelers needs in my opinion. The only downside to this area is the neighborhood in which the hotel resides. I won't elaborate because some other reviews have done that already. It's worth noting that I prefer the courtyards when I get a chance to stay in them as they seem to be a "step up" from the Residence Inn and Fairfield's. The Courtyard's are my "perfect fit" per say. But when it comes to longer stays the Residence is better to cut foods costs and using the kitchens. Only complaint was the jacuzzi. But since only one night, not a huge issue. Would stay again, had no problems and staff is very nice. Video On my YouTube Channel.

The jacuzzi issue, closed. I understand that hotel chains are cutting costs in certain areas which may upset a few visitors. I have recently learned that some jacuzzis in certain Marriott hotel chains (maybe all hotels) are now being closed due to a recent "Handicap Chair" law that must be placed for jacuzzi & pool access. It's an expensive investment. Some hotels have opted to keep one for the pool but not the jacuzzi. With that being said… Call ahead on every chain from now on forward to see if the jacuzzi is, in fact, still open and not just advertised on websites. The law was passed back in 2010 and I think enforcement started around March 2012. I have seen them in the areas, but didn't realize it was a law. Just FYI.

Horrible customer service u pay all that money for a room with no breakfast and they charge you parking yr freaking car by far the worst experience i have ever encountered. On top of this horrible experience we found a luxury hotel for a cheaper rate thank god bcuz the damn hotel held our money even though we checked out 35mins later same day

Not up to par with other Courtyards by Marriott.

The property is showing it's age and in need of a refresh. The front desk staff are extremely professional and accommodating but the bistro staff on the other hand could use a crash course in customer service.

The location is off the beaten path from the main Airport Drag of restaurants and the Bistro is open at all the wrong times, if you rise early don't plan on getting a coffee from the bistro as it's likely it will not be open. Plan on renting a car of you intend to stay longer than a few days but with that said they do charge for parking as this property.

We came to Atlanta for a friend's wedding and needed a hotel which was between the train station and our other destinations. This one worked great. Clean room, friendly staff. The parking situation was different from what I expected, but not a problem.

Facility in excellent condition. Room clean with everything functioning. Staff is professional, knows what customer service is, all delivered with genuine hospitality. Only issue is noise from the airport which should be expected.

The Room was clean and Modern. The Front Desk Team was Professional, Friendly and Knowledgeable. The only small challenge was, my Folio was not under my door and no one was at the Desk at 4:30AM, so I had to leave without confirming my Charges on my Travel Card.

It was a nice short drive from the airport so we could crash quickly. I never noticed any jet sounds at night, which was nice. My only gripe was that the room seemed to be a half hearted upgrade from an older hotel.

My family and I stayed here for a few days and we really enjoyed it here. Customer service was great. The room itself was very clean and spacious. However the location in my opinion wasn't the best. We are from Florida. We are use to being close to 5 star restaurants and shopping centers. This area just didn't exceed are expectations. The roads are terrible, the buildings around this area look abandon and the restaurants near by were just awful. The guests we have encountered while staying here were rude with zero manners. Not sure what type of guests this hotel attracts. Other then that, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be close to the airport and wants great customer service. Also someone that doesn't mind the area it's in or the rude guests.

Nice little hotel, only three floors. Rooms just as pictured. Lobby is awesome, great design. It features a restaurant area with tables, bar, and booths. Each curved booth has its owns on tv and is really nice. Separate den-like seating areas through out the lobby which also has a fireplace. Beds are soooo comfortable I slept like a baby almost over slept. Rooms smelled really nice with a relaxing aroma.

The only negative is, I've never seen a Marriott
(or any upscale hotel) where EVERY door has external damaged from the swing bar (people using it to keep door open) also carpets are nice and clean but very old and faded/dated. This is why I can't give it a 5, I was surprised and leery initially. But when I got inside my room and really explored the hotel and its amenities I was pleasantly satisfiedStaff was very helpful and friendly

Nice hotel near the airport. Beds were comfortable. Nice open area to relax, have a drink, watch TV, or just hang out when you first enter the hotel. Only bad thing was the bathroom. Kind of small and our bathtub would not drain.

Several stays at this Courtyard property! Always impressed by the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff! Convenient shuttle to and from the airport. Decent fitness center and nice outdoor seating area. Some rooms have balconies so it's nice to be able to open your door and let some fresh air in!

Staff is friendly. Rooms are cozy (just like all Courtyards). Room was nice and clean and smelled good. I personally love the room coffee!

Nice, clean rooms, plenty of space, and exceptional service. I forgot my iPhone cord in my home city, and when I asked if they had any around both the front desk associate and manager both offered immediately to let me use theirs! Wow. I am very impressed. Friendly team at the restaurant, and good coffee too! I booked this place almost on accident this time (as my usual stop - the Westin - was not available), but will keep it in mind as a close #2 on my list!
