Really nice place, especially for my low mobility needs. Side door near room and handicap parking. Excellent breakfast selection, american foods.

Airport canceled 600 flights on us and luckely these guys took care of us. Rooms were nice, clean and very comfortable. Francoise was the lady that helped us. She was AMAZING! Hooked us up with all the amenities, bathroom supplies and some dinner and even comped us breakfast in the morning. She made the horrendous day we had all better! Thanks Francoise!

I would be giving five if it had not been for the amount of noise and stomping from the people above our room. They kept me awake until the wee hours of the morning, and then woke me again around 6 am when they were leaving.
Besides having hair in my bathroom drain and on the floor, the room was nice and new and the bed was very comfortable with great down comforter and pillows. Over all a very friendly staff and good location.response / report this review -

Modern clean hotel with friendly staff. Easy parking, small bar in lobby with a full rounded breakfast. Air conditioner worked well and room was very clean. Plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area.

This was wonderful. The room was spotless, smelled cleaned and worth every penny if anything I would say the price was cheaper than what it was worth. We stayed closer to the city for 20 dollars less and the hotel was awful. This was an amazing night sleep in an amazing hotel!

The hotel looked very nice anx modern since the remodeled. Downfall is not quite. You hear people above you. The furniture shakes when you walk in the room. The shower leaks and your bathroom floor is soaked. The pool didn't have any towels and the chaises were awful. You couldn't really lay out. The food for breakfast is good but you have to pay for it. I can go less than 3 minutes up the road and stay at the Hampton which is a Hilton hotel for less and it is a lot nicer, quieter and get breakfast free.

Great hotel! Modern with touches of convenience and comfort. Staff is amazing!!!!!! Clean and well stocked with complimentary supplies, towels, coffee, etc Bathroom style is not the best- no privacy and loud sliding door. But-wonderful shower! Breakfast is available but not complimentary, which was a disappointment, but there are plenty of local places that offer breakfast for less than $10-$13 per person. Overall, very pleased and we would return with the same great room rate!!

Reservations were Sat 4/8/17-4/9/17. The newly renovated hotel was gorgeous!!! Beautiful and inspiring use of space (not a very large hotel, but great use of space in the design). Beautiful materials, walls, floors, fabrics, decorations, etc. The environment felt lavish and "special". A complimentary breakfast was not included in stay but they offered half off, and there were no microwaves in the rooms. We didn't ask about microwaves though, maybe they had one available on each floor or something. We had a short stay so just went out to eat. But beautiful hotel and friendly front desk service.

This hotels customer service is second to none. Mr Mohnish goes out of his way to make your stay FANTASTIC. I do not understand how anyone could give this hotel anything less than 5 stars. We have stayed here multiple times and his service will win you over and make you only choose this hotel when you return to this area in the future.

To be fair there were signs for the impending renovation but wear and tear was definitely showing. Stains in the carpet, chips out of the bathroom fixtures.. tiny bathroom with a stall shower. The bed was ok, nothing to write home about. The noise level was horrible. We could hear our upstairs neighbor walking around at 1am, and people being loud in the hallway periodically through the night. The big plus, the staff, wow! Every one we came into contact with was super friendly and professional.

Good for a quick overnight stay. Room was clean and fine. Got a great rate - definitely worth the money. A bit dated but that doesn't bother me at all. Looks like they are about to renovate based on the design board in the lobby. It was comfy and clean which is most important to me.
