Front desk staffamazing! So willing, helpful and polite. Remodeled rooms. Ours had a great, corner fireplace.

Loved this hotel! The bed was extremely comfortable, which is a plus for me I'm never comfortable in hotel beds. The staff was very friendly, and professional. Very clean, beautiful hotel, especially with the recent renovations. Very close to anything you'd like to do in gatlinburg. ☺

Staff were excellent. We just stayed over the weekend. The small fridge made some noise at night, but it wasn't enough to change rooms. We talked to a nice staff person that gave us directions for restaurants and gas stations. We were originally from NY, and moved to SC. We loved the area, and hopefully we can book the same hotel in the future.

Just stayed here this past weekend and had a good experience with this property. They are currently going through renovations so the outside looks a little rough. We we arrived to our room we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were nice and updated. It was nice to have the fire place. Walking distance to everything downtown and included free parking. The beds and pillows were decent but probably would reccomend bringing your own pillows.

Rooms were super clean, staff was super friendly. Trolley stop was across the street, location is great! Rooms are large and updated and great for families. Price is fantastic! Keurig coffee pot in room, fireplace, just a great place to stay!!

We got a good price on the room, which was one of the recently remodeled ones. The staff were polite and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The toiletries smelled good. The mattresses were moderately firm and the bedding was nice. The air conditioning, fridge, microwave and flat-screen TV all worked. There was a Keurig coffee maker in the room. The location was good and I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. The pool appeared nice. There were only 3 things I didn't like: the water-pressure from the shower-head was sort of weak, the tub was a little slippery and there was no "Do Not Disturb" sign in the room. We would stay at the River Edge Inn again.

Staff very friendly! Rooms are very nice! Outside is in the process of updating. The pool is ICE COLD! But right down town, everything in walking distance. Great place! Will definitely stay there when we go back!!

I enjoyed my stay Memorial Day Weekend, the staff was friendly. The rooms were very clean. This motel is in a great location. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony, the weather was perfect. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. The young lady at the front desk was so sweet and friendly. I will definitely be back!

Not great. Old, someone's beer on balcony. Got wrong bill, door locks not functional, broken glass door in entry off elevator. Only thing positive, it seems clean. Would have checked out if attendant here after checked in. No phone in room.
