My car isn’t even back in the shop yet and I’m already so impressed and don’t have any doubts they will do a great job on my car from reading other comments.

I walked in 30 mins late because I mixed up times. They were so nice and said not to worry. Waiting area is clean, has a cute fish tank, array of different coffees to choose from, a cool show on the tv, and just a faint “garage” smell.

I’m new to the area so finding a garage to go to has been a little tricky but I’m glad I’ve found this place! Would recommend to anyone down here.

P.s- they have a great price for cars that take the expensive oil!

My husband and I have taken both of our vehicles here for routine maintenance and other services. We really appreciate the honesty and efficiency of this company.

Owner, Jay Williams, has been very kind to us and let us know promptly of any issues with our vehicles and what needs to be done to fix said issues. We will definitely be going back and would recommend this business to anyone.

Jay Williams and his team at Richmond Hill Auto Care gave us excellent service today. My wife and I were traveling on I-95 and had car trouble. A quick search on the internet lead us to his shop. The store was clean and inviting. The folks were quick and friendly. They got us back on the highway in no time. Many thanks to Jay and the gang. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I went in this morning for an oil change and they did a fantastic job. Most places just tell you there are things wrong but this place did not do that, I was in need of an air filter and they showed it to me! Very respectful staff and explain things very well. I will recommend this business to everyone.

I had an issue with my car early on a Saturday morning, and Jay couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating in fixing it for me in a flash. He explained up front what he could do and what the price would be, and everything was very reasonable. My car was fixed even faster than I expected, and the entire experience was pleasant and professional. If you want honest advice, a patient explanation and a fair price, I definitely recommend Richmond Hill Auto Care!

Jay and his crew have done repairs and routine maintenance on my cars and pickup for 15 years now. All work is done to the highest standards using top-drawer parts and materials. Recently Jay and tech John Eisener did a complete mechanical restoration on my 65 year old Army jeep. Only the most expert, highly competent mechanics could have accomplished this. This shop can overcome any problem, find any part and always stand behind their work. They are not the most inexpensive but top quality seldom is. They are totally honest and you will be satisfied with the results.

Our 22 yr old Dodge Ram Truck, pulling a cargo trailer, broke down on I 95 just n of Love gas station. Had it towed on a Sunday to Richmond Hill Auto Care. On Monday they said they had two ahead of us but they would look at it then. They did an outstanding job of replacing fuel pump, ignition cylinder, & catalytic converter, all original from 1994!! Jay let us use his little car since we had no wheels & it took two days to get parts etc. they are a reputable, reliable repair facility & the price was reasonable. That ole truck ran like new & the gas mileage almost doubled! Thanks Jay, great work.
